3 devotees from Haryana died in UP: Car smashed to pieces after colliding with tractor-trolley

Three devotees from Karnal in Haryana died in a road accident in UP, while 5 were injured. All these people were going to Haridwar for Ganga bath after the successful completion of the camp in Kanwar Yatra.

All eight devotees were travelling in an eco car. As soon as they reached Saharanpur in UP, their car collided with a tractor-trolley full of fertilizer parked on the roadside. The accident was so severe that 3 people died on the spot.

On receiving the information, Saharanpur police admitted the injured to the district hospital, from where one was referred to Chandigarh Higher Center. Four other injured were sent to Kalpana Chawla Medical College in Karnal.

UP Police handed over the bodies of the three deceased to their families after conducting post-mortem. Police say that this accident happened due to high speed. The damaged car has also been taken into custody.

The devotees were residents of Kalvehdi village of Karnal

According to the police, the deceased were identified as 32-year-old Praveen alias Rinku, 50-year-old Prithvi Singh and 55-year-old Moti Ram, residents of Kalvehdi village of Karnal. These three, as team members, used to set up a camp for Kanwariyas in the village every year. After setting up the camp on Shivratri, everyone used to go to Haridwar for Ganga bath. According to relative Bahadur Singh, all the members left the village for Haridwar in an Eco car at 10 pm on Friday night.

Could not see due to bright light in front

According to relative Bahadur Singh, as soon as the Eco car reached near Pingota village in Nakur area of Saharanpur at around 12 in the night, a big vehicle was coming from the front. It hit the upper light, which hit the driver's eyes. Due to this, nothing could be seen in front and the Eco collided with a tractor-trolley parked on the side of the road.

Car badly damaged in the accident, 3 died

According to the police, the accident was so severe that the car was badly damaged from the front. Out of these, Praveen alias Rinku, Prithvi Singh and Moti Ram died on the spot, while 5 people including Sunil, Brijpal were seriously injured. Saharanpur police, which reached the spot, admitted all the injured to the district hospital, while the bodies were sent to the postmortem house.

Family members ran crying as soon as they got the information
When the news of the accident was given in village Kalvehdi, there was mourning in all three families. The family members reached the district hospital of Saharanpur crying and got information about the case. By then the police had sent a seriously injured devotee to Chandigarh Higher Center. The family members brought four to Kalpana Chawla Medical College in Karnal. On the other hand, the postmortem of all three was done in Saharanpur itself.

Brijpal did not want to go, his companions took him
Brijpal's brother-in-law Bahadur Singh said that this is a very sad incident, in which three people have died and five have been injured. He said that Brijpal did not even want to go, but his companions forcibly took him with them and this accident happened on the way.

A mountain of sorrows has fallen on the family
The deceased Praveen Kumar has two small children, one of whom is a boy and a girl. His wife and mother are in a bad state due to constant crying. His wife is fainting repeatedly. On the other hand, the deceased Prithvi Singh has two sons, one of whom is married and the other is unmarried. On the other hand, the deceased Motiram has four children, two of whom are boys and two girls. All of them are married.
