A major explosion took place in Tarlai Imambargah in the Shahzad Town area of the federal capital. Emergency measures have been declared at the federal capital's polyclinic, Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) and CDA Hospital. The explosion was so powerful that several people's bodies were cut off. Photos from the site show piles of bodies.
Suicide attack kills 69
A suicide attack has taken place at a Shia mosque in Islamabad. The attack took place during Friday prayers. Police and Rescue 1122 personnel have reached the scene, and initial rescue operations have begun.
According to Pakistani media reports, an emergency has been declared in the hospital on the instructions of the Executive Director (ED) of PIMS.
On November 11, 2025, a suicide bomb exploded outside a district and sessions court building in the G-11 area of Islamabad. Twelve people were killed and more than 30 injured in the attack.

Within three months, Islamabad has once again been hit by a bomb blast. So far, 69 people have been reported killed in this attack.
