Passenger from Bangkok Arrested at Amritsar Airport with Marijuana Worth ₹1.64 Crore

During spot profiling and baggage screening, the Amritsar Customs team recovered 1 kg 640 grams of marijuana, estimated to be worth approximately ₹1.64 crore (approximately $1.64 crore) from a passenger's luggage.
The passenger arrived at Sri Guru Ram Dass Ji International Airport, Amritsar, via flight number SL-214 from Bangkok. Customs officials became suspicious of his behavior, leading to a thorough search of his luggage. The investigation revealed marijuana hidden inside the bag.
