AAP Leader Lucky Murder Case: Accused Dalbeera Claims Innocence, Blames Shashi Sharma.

Dalbir Singh Dalbira, named in the murder case of Aam Aadmi Party leader Lucky Oberoi in Jalandhar, has broken his silence in front of the media. Dalbira stated that he had nothing to do with the murder and had never spoken to Lucky Oberoi on the phone.

Dalbira stated that he never had any personal enmity with Lucky Oberoi. He stated that he never spoke to Lucky Oberoi on the phone, nor did we ever meet face to face. The police and family's claims of threats are completely baseless. According to Dalbira, Lucky's family is being misled.

He alleged that Shashi Sharma, an old enemy and Lucky's friend, deliberately dragged him into the case. Dalbira claimed that he had left the world of crime and was living a peaceful life for the past two years, but the struggle for political dominance and the post of Pradhan has once again brought him into controversy.

Serious allegations against Shashi Sharma, alias 'Buddhi'

Dalbira blamed Shashi Sharma, alias Buddhi, for the entire controversy. He stated that he had a long-standing dispute with Shashi Sharma. Dalbira alleged that Shashi Sharma instigated Lucky's brother and had him named in the murder case. He said that Shashi Sharma used this murder to avenge an old rivalry.

Lucky's life was ruined by the pursuit of the presidency

Dalbira strongly criticized the culture of presidency in politics and colleges. He said that it is the hunger for presidency that is ruining the lives of young people. Lucky, Joga, and Shashi Sharma were previously together, but a dispute arose between them over the presidency. I saw videos of them fighting and threatening each other. I had no contact with them.

Questions on the Role of the Police

Dalbira, becoming emotional, stated that he has not been involved in any criminal activity for the past two years and has been living his private life peacefully. He questioned why he was declared a gangster without any evidence. He stated that the police administration is 100% aware that his name has been misspelled in the FIR, which is why the police are perhaps treating him leniently because they know the truth.

Demand for Investigation and Claim of Innocence

Dalbira stated that it is wrong to include someone's name in a serious section like 302 (murder) without an investigation. He demanded an impartial investigation from higher authorities. He stated that innocent people suffer because of those who sit outside and issue threats or post videos on social media. He wants the truth to come out so that he can be relieved of this false case.
