Is America behind the 'fire' that broke out in Nepal? Questions raised by CIA's old exploits, GEN-Z decoded the pattern

Political crisis is going on in Nepal at the moment, Prime Minister KP Oli had to resign from the post within just two days. After this, an interim government was formed under the leadership of Sushila Karki with the support of the army. Questions are being raised about the secret interference of America behind this entire incident. Many people believe that the involvement of America was not directly revealed, but tacit consent and support was definitely given. Many incidents of interference by America in Nepal in the past are making this suspicion even stronger.

America's old interference in Nepal

The Sunday Guardian report states that the US has previously used Nepal for its secret operations. During the Cold War, as part of its strategy against China, the US used Nepal to collect intelligence, run propaganda campaigns and conduct paramilitary activities. These operations were revealed in the documents of President Nixon's Secret Action Committee in 1971. The purpose of these activities of America was mainly to support anti-China groups.

Mustang Guerrilla Force and US connection

In the 1960s, the US formed the anti-China Mustang Guerrilla Force by arming and training Tibetan refugees in Nepal. Members of this force later revealed in a film titled 'Shadow Circus: The CIA in Tibet' how the US armed and trained them. But as relations between the US and China began to improve, the US dropped support for this force, causing diplomatic consequences for Nepal.

US influence increased after 9/11

After the 9/11 attacks on the US in 2001, the US increased its military presence in Nepal under the guise of the war against terrorism. The US government declared Maoist rebels in Nepal as terrorists and started giving heavy military aid to Kathmandu. Thousands of M-16 rifles were sent to Nepal, and a defense cooperation office was also set up in the US embassy. By 2005, the size of the Royal Nepal Army had doubled with US help.

US hand in the fall of Oli government?

After the sudden collapse of KP Oli's government, speculations about US involvement have intensified. Many senior journalists, police officers and army people believe that such a big movement was not possible without the help of any external force. The special thing is that no big Nepali political face came forward in this movement, which deepened this suspicion. A senior journalist told that America has always liked to work secretly in Kathmandu, so something similar may have happened this time too.

A Nepali official also said that if the new system allows, they will collect evidence to completely prove that foreign forces are behind this conspiracy. Many believe that this entire strategy was prepared by America, as has been happening in the 1960s and 70s.
