A case has been registered against the then SHO of Ferozepur Jhirka police station Aman Yadav and several other policemen in the case of illegal recovery from overloaded dumpers in Nuh district of Haryana. This action has been taken on the orders of Punjab and Haryana High Court.

The main accused Aman Yadav is currently working as the Cyber ​​Police Station Incharge of Nuh. The responsibility of investigating this case has been handed over to DSP Ajaib Singh of Ferozepur Jhirka.

Aman Yadav is accused of illegal recovery from dumpers and also taking monthly payments from them. Dumper owners had complained against him that the SHO had even torn the tires of their dumpers when he did not get the money.

Dumpers were stopped on the night of April 5: This case is of the night of April 5, 2025. In a complaint to the police, a dumper owner Parvez had accused the then in-charge of Ferozepur Jhirka police station and said that on the night of April 5, his dumper was going towards Rajasthan via Ferozepur Jhirka. Then the PCR van standing in front stopped the dumper.

The broker got the dumper released by paying the entry fee: The complainant had told the police that the vehicle belonged to Ferozepur police station in-charge Aman Yadav. The monthly payment of that vehicle was delivered to the police station every month. When the broker who deposited the entry fee was told about this, he talked to the police and got the dumper released.

The police station in-charge tore the tyres by putting iron forks: The dumper owner had told that as soon as his dumper reached near Mahu Chopra, the police station in-charge came in a private car and threw iron forks under the tyres of the dumper, due to which the tyres were torn. When the driver protested against this, the police station in-charge Aman Yadav made the driver sit in his private car and took him to the police station while beating him. Later some policemen were sent to bring the dumper.
On protesting, he was threatened of getting him implicated in a false case: The complainant had said that when the policemen were taking the dumper to the police station, all the four tyres were completely burst. Many times the police officers were forbidden to drive the dumper on burst tyres, but they used hooliganism and threatened to get him implicated in a false case.

Police and brokers used to collect money together: The dumper owner alleged that his vehicle's entry is deposited in the police station every month through brokers. Not only this, the brokers who submit the entry to the police also take money from all the check posts every day and get the vehicles out.

Monthly payment is made through 5 brokers: At that time, the dumper owner had disclosed the entire network and said that 5 brokers are active in the area. Hundreds of dumpers pass through here every day, for which the police takes lakhs of rupees monthly through brokers. Only those dumpers are taken out from in front of police check posts, whose entry is made by the brokers. No action was taken even after complaining to SP: The dumper owner even alleged that the then station in-charge used to collect money from drivers in the name of Nuh SP. After this, the dumper owner complained to the SP, but no action was taken. Later he knocked the door of the High Court and now a case has been registered on Wednesday night.

After this complaint, on the order of Punjab and Haryana High Court, a case has been registered against the then station in-charge of Ferozepur Jhirka, Aman Yadav, 3 to 4 home guards working in the police station, 3 to 4 other police personnel, the station in-charge's driver LB Singh, broker Javed, Rashid, Iffa and Shaukeen.
