Actor Amitabh Bachchan expressed his admiration and pride for the Indian Armed Forces after spending a day on an Indian Navy battleship. He saluted the sacrifices of the soldiers and their selfless service to the nation and called this experience an unforgettable moment of his life.

Amitabh shared his feelings on the social media platform 'X' and wrote, "Experience of my life, spent a whole day on the Indian Navy's battleship... pride and respect for our fighting forces."
After this, on the blog, he shared pictures of the day spent on the battleship and mentioned stories of bravery and dedication of the armed forces. He wrote, "We hear that our soldiers sacrifice their lives for us. We hear stories of their bravery, which makes us safe and sleep peacefully."
Paying tribute to the selfless sacrifice of the soldiers, he said, "The mind is amazed to see the dedication and willpower of our soldiers. We live comfortably in our homes, while they risk their lives for our safety and peace."
Amitabh discussed those aspects of the armed forces which are not usually exposed. He said, "Today I have returned with a lesson. I feel as if some invisible power took me to the truth of the forces, which is often overlooked."
Importance of the contribution of the armed forces
This experience has deepened his respect for the soldiers in his mind. He also talked about the secrecy of the armed forces and the importance of their contribution. Amitabh said proudly, "I am a citizen of India and I am proud of those soldiers who dedicate everything for us. Bharat Mata ki Jai!"
