Reacting to the speech of Leader of Opposition Mallikarjun Kharge in Rajya Sabha, Leader of the House JP Nadda said that he has made a long statement on different ministries, which will be answered. Opposition creates uproar over 'mental balance' comment
JP Nadda alleged that Kharge has become so attached to the party that the country has become secondary and he has made such a comment after losing his 'mental balance'. Opposition MPs created a ruckus over this statement. Seeing the situation, Nadda said that he takes back his words and 'mental imbalance' should be replaced with 'emotion'. He urged that this comment be removed from the proceedings.
Kharge expressed displeasure, Nadda apologized
Reacting to JP Nadda's comment, Kharge expressed displeasure and said that if he has been called 'mental', then he will not leave it like that. He retorted by saying that the ministers of the government themselves speak after losing their mental balance. After this, Nadda said that if Kharge's feelings have been hurt by his words, then he apologizes, but the opposition did not even take care of the dignity of the Prime Minister.
I am not going to leave it like this - Kharge
On the withdrawal of the comment made on him by the Leader of the House in the Rajya Sabha JP Nadda, Leader of Opposition in the House Mallikarjun Kharge said, 'There are some leaders in this House for whom I have immense respect.
