The Election Commission has officially launched the second round of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the voter list in Punjab. The draft voter list is now available online.
Voters can verify their status on the official CEO Punjab website: www.ceopunjab.gov.in.
Understanding the Online Links
When you visit the homepage, you will see specific color-coded links to help you navigate:

Blue Link (SIR ASDD LIST): Contains the names of voters who have been deleted from the list.

Green Link (DRAFT ROLL 2026): Contains the names of verified voters whose records are correct.

How to Check Your Name in the Draft List
Option A: If you know your Booth and Part Number

Visit www.ceopunjab.gov.in.

Click on the DRAFT 2026 option.

Select your District and Assembly Constituency.

Enter the Captcha code.

Download the PDF according to your Part Number/Name to find your details.
Option B: If you DO NOT know your Booth and Part Number

First, visit the ECI portal: https://voters.eci.gov.in.

Click on Search Your Name in Voter List.

Select your State, enter your EPIC (Voter ID) number, fill in the Captcha, and click Search.

Note down your Booth Number and Serial Number from the results.

Return to www.ceopunjab.gov.in, click DRAFT 2026, fill in your Assembly and Captcha, and select your Booth Number to download the PDF.
How to Check if Your Vote Was Deleted:
Click on the ASDD link and enter your EPIC number. If your vote was cut, your name will appear. If your vote is safe, the system will display "Unidentified".
What to Do If Your Name is Missing or Deleted?
If your name is not in the draft list or appears in the deleted list, you can file a claim to have it added by filling out Form-6.

Online/Offline Submission: Form-6 can be submitted through both online and offline modes.

Offline Process: Collect Form-6 from your nearest BLO (Booth Level Officer) or SDM/Tehsildar office. Fill in your details (name, address, parent/spouse name) and attach proof of age, residence, and a self-declaration. Always collect a receipt upon submission.

Special Camps: For those unable to visit the offices, special Booth-Level Camps will be held on August 16. You can check your name and submit Form-6 directly at these camps.

Deadline: Claims and objections must be submitted by September 12. The final voter list will be published after the verification of these claims.

Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) Anindita Mitra shared critical updates regarding the SIR process. Approximately 90.37% of forms were returned, while 20.66 lakh forms were not.
