The Bathinda Sessions Court has fixed the next hearing on September 29, in which Kangana's presence will be mandatory. Four days before this, the Supreme Court had refused to give relief to Kangana in this matter.

This case is of 2021, when Kangana tweeted during the farmers' movement and described 87-year-old farmer woman Mahinder Kaur as a woman who joined the protest for Rs 100.

On this, Mahinder Kaur had filed a defamation case. Kangana says that she had only reposted a lawyer's post.

On the other hand, Mahinder Kaur said that if Kangana apologizes to her, then she will also forgive her, because she has no enmity with her.

But she clarified that Kangana is still justifying her point, so she expects justice from the court only. Mahinder Kaur said that they had joined the protest not out of greed but for the sake of their lands.

Kangana Ranaut's troubles have increased after not getting relief from the Supreme Court. The court clearly said that her tweet made during the farmers' movement cannot be considered just a retweet because she herself has added content to it.

The bench of Justice Vikram Nath and Justice Sandeep Mehta said that the trial court will interpret what it means and Kangana will have to give clarification there.

In fact, during the farmers' movement, Kangana shared a photo of an elderly woman on social media and wrote that women join the movement for Rs 100.

He commented on that post and made fun of it- “Hahaha, this is the same grandmother who was featured by Time magazine as a powerful woman of India.

She is available for Rs 100. Pakistani journalists have shamefully hijacked international PR for India. We need our own people to speak at the international level.”

For this statement, farmer woman Mahinder Kaur had filed a defamation case against Kangana. Now the Bathinda Sessions Court has also issued summons to her to appear on September 29.

चुनाव आयोग द्वारा जारी आंकड़ों के मुताबिक 5 बजे तक 49.07% वोटिंग हुई, हालांकि फाइनल आंकड़े आना अभी बाकी हैं।

इस सीट पर 2022 में आम आदमी पार्टी के उम्मीदवार गुरप्रीत गोगी की जीत हुई थी। हालांकि कुछ समय पहले उनकी गोली लगने से मौत हो गई। जिसके बाद यहां उपचुनाव कराया गया। आम आदमी पार्टी ने यहां से राज्यसभा सांसद संजीव अरोड़ा को उम्मीदवार बनाया। इसको लेकर चर्चा है कि अगर वह यहां से जीत जाते हैं तो उनकी जगह अरविंद केजरीवाल राज्यसभा जा सकते हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री ने लुधियाना पुलिस कमिश्नर कुलदीप चहल और डिप्टी कमिश्नर जितेन्द्र जोरवाल के साथ भी बैठक की। मान ने खुद लैपटॉप चला कर उन्हें चेक भी किया। मान ने कहा कि आम आदमी पार्टी शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में बहुत तेजी से काम कर रही है। छात्रों को डिजीटल शिक्षा में आगे रखा जाएगा।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि लुधियाना जिले के 14 सरकारी स्कूलों के विद्यार्थियों को दिए जा रहे ये लैपटॉप ईआई और पीएएल माइंड स्पार्क सॉफ्टवेयर मॉड्यूल से लैस हैं, जो व्यक्तिगत अनुकूल शिक्षा प्रदान करते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि इस क्रांतिकारी परियोजना का उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों को डिजिटल शिक्षा तक पहुंच सुनिश्चित करना है, ताकि सभी पृष्ठभूमि के विद्यार्थियों को आधुनिक तकनीक से जोड़ा जा सके।

बॉलीवुड एक्टर सोनू सूद के खिलाफ लुधियाना कोर्ट ने गिरफ्तारी का वारंट जारी किया है। 10 लाख के फ्रॉड केस में बार-बार समन भेजने का बावजूद सोनू सूद लुधियाना के कोर्ट में गवाही देने नहीं पहुंचे। इसके बाद लुधियाना की ज्यूडिशियल मजिस्ट्रेट रमणप्रीत कौर ने सोनू सूद के खिलाफ गिरफ्तारी का वारंट जारी किया, जो गैर जमानती है।

बताया जा रहा है कि जिस कंपनी पर धोखाधड़ी का केस दर्ज है, उसके सोनू सूद ब्रांड एंबेसडर थे। फिलहाल इस मामले में सोनू सूद या फिर उनकी टीम की तरफ से कोई बयान नहीं आया है। सोनू सूद हाल ही रिलीज हुई 'फतेह' में नजर आए थे। इस मामले में अब 10 फरवरी को सुनवाई होगी।

मामला 1 जुलाई 2023 का है। लुधियाना के वकील राजेश खन्ना ने मोहित शुक्ला के खिलाफ 10 लाख रुपए की धोखाधड़ी का मामला दर्ज कराया है। शिकायत के मुताबिक आरोपी मल्टी लेवल मार्केटिंग का काम रिकेजा कॉइन के नाम पर चला रहा है। नवंबर 2021 में लुधियाना आया। उसने राजेश खन्ना को फिरोजपुर रोड स्थित होटल रेडिसन ब्लू में मिलने के लिए बुलाया। यहां उसने उसे अपने मल्टी लेवल कारोबार की जानकारी दी।एडवोकेट ने शिकायत में लिखा कि आरोपी ने उसे मार्केटिंग कारोबार का सदस्य बनने का लालच दिया। आरोपी ने उन्हें कहा कि वह 8 हजार रुपए का निवेश करे। उन्हें तीन गुणा पैसे वापिस दिए जाएंगे। इस दौरान उसने उनसे 10 महीने में 24 हजार रुपए लौटाने का वादा किया था।

एक आईडी में कम से कम 100 डॉलर और अधिकतम 5000 डॉलर तक इन्वेस्ट हो सकते थे। आरोपी ने झूठे आश्वासन के तहत उनसे 12500 डॉलर का निवेश अपनी अलग-अलग आईडी के माध्यम से करवाया। जिसकी कीमत 10 लाख रुपए बनती है।राजेश ने बताया कि उन्होंने आरोपी से कई बार पैसे मांगे, लेकिन वह टालमटोल करता रहा।

इसके बाद अपने स्तर पर आरोपी का पता लगाने का प्रयास किया। तब पता चला कि उसने कई अन्य लोगों के साथ भी इसी प्रकार की धोखाधड़ी की है। यह भी पता चला कि आरोपी के दिल्ली में पुलिस और राजनेताओं के साथ संबंध हैं। उन्होंने आयुक्त के समक्ष भी शिकायत की है।

लुधियाना में नववर्ष के स्वागत के लिए बुधवार को साल के पहले दिन शहर के मुख्य मंदिरों व गुरूद्वारों में जहां कीर्तन किए गए, वहीं संगतों के लिए लंगर भी लगाए गए हैं। शहर के हैबोवाल में बने श्री हनुमान मंदिर, दुर्गा माता मंदिर, दंडी स्वामी मंदिर, गोपाल भवन, इस्कान मंदिर, संकटमोचन हनुमान मंदिर, लक्ष्मी नारायण मंदिर, माडल टाऊन श्री कृष्ण मंदिर में संगतें पहुंचना शुरू हो चुकी हैं। सुबह से ही मंदिरों में लोग माथा टेकने पहुंचने शुरू हो गए।

शहर के मंदिरों में रात 9 बजे से 12 बजे तक लोग कीर्तन में भाग लेने पहुंचे। फिर 12 बजते ही भगवान के जयघोषों के साथ नववर्ष का स्वागत किया। खुशी में लोगों ने आतिशबाजी भी की। आज सुबह भी शहर के तमाम मंदिरों और गुरुद्वारा साहिबों में संगत की भीड़ लगी रही।

लुधियाना शहर के बाबा दीप सिंह गुरूद्वारा, नानकसर गुरूद्वारा, गुरूदवारा श्री दुख निवारण साहिब, गुरूद्वारा आलम गिर साहिब, माडल टाऊन सिंह सभा गुरूद्वारा में रागी जत्थों द्वारा कीर्तन शुरू किया गया। जहां रात 9 बजे से 12 बजे तक संगत ने कीर्तन का आनंद लिया, वहीं आज सुबह भी संगत ने यहां माथा टेका। गुरूद्वारों में संगत के लिए लंगर भी लगाए गए हैं।

हैबोवाल के श्री हनुमान मंदिर कमेटी के चेयरमैन रिशी जैन और दुर्गा माता मंदिर के मुख्य सेवादार वरिंदर मित्तल ने बताया कि 12 बजे मंदिर में महाआरती की गई। सैकड़ों लोग नववर्ष 2025 की पहली आरती में भाग लेने पहुंचे। अपने व परिवार की सुख शांति की कामना की।

पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत सिंह मान ने पंजाब के सामने खड़ी गंभीर चुनौतियों से निपटने के लिए विश्व बैंक से पूर्ण सहयोग मांगा है। शुक्रवार को भारत में विश्व बैंक के कंट्री डायरेक्टर ऑगस्ट टानो क्यूम के साथ बैठक के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने राज्य को वित्तीय सहायता दिए जाने की जोरदार वकालत की। शुक्रवार रात को खुद सीएम मान ने इस बारे में जानकारी साझा की।

मुख्यमंत्री भगवंत सिंह मान ने वित्तीय और संस्थागत ढांचे को मजबूत करने के लिए राज्य सरकार की प्रतिबद्धता पर प्रकाश डाला और विकास को बढ़ावा देने, सार्वजनिक सेवाओं में सुधार लाने और अपने नागरिकों के जीवन स्तर को ऊपर उठाने के लिए वित्तीय सहायता की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया।

इन सुधारों के संबंध में राज्य के ठोस एजेंडे को दिखाते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि इस वित्तीय सहायता को प्राप्त करने का मुख्य उद्देश्य वित्तीय विवेक, बेहतर शासन और सेवाओं की बेहतर डिलीवरी पर ध्यान केंद्रित करना है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने उम्मीद जताई कि यह वित्तीय सहायता बुनियादी ढांचे के विकास, मानव संसाधन विकास और सामाजिक कल्याण पहलों सहित पंजाब की विकास प्राथमिकताओं को और मजबूत करेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि इस महत्वपूर्ण सहयोग से पंजाब समृद्धि और विकास की दिशा में एक बड़ा कदम उठाने के लिए पूरी तरह तैयार है।

भगवंत सिंह मान ने कहा कि पर्यावरण राज्य सरकार के लिए प्राथमिकता वाला क्षेत्र है और उनकी सरकार भूजल संरक्षण को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता दे रही है।

पंजाब के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री बेअंत सिंह का हत्यारा बलवंत सिंह राजोआना बुधवार (20 नवंबर) को जेल से बाहर आ गया। वह लुधियाना के राजोआना कलां गांव में मंजी साहिब गुरुद्वारे में अपने भाई के भोग कार्यक्रम में शामिल हुआ। पटियाला जेल से उसे कड़ी सुरक्षा में लुधियाना लाया गया है।

भोग कार्यक्रम में श्री अकाल तख्त साहिब के जत्थेदार ज्ञानी रघबीर सिंह, शिरोमणि गुरुद्वारा प्रबंधक कमेटी (SGPC) के प्रधान एडवोकेट हरजिंदर सिंह धामी, अकाली दल के नेता बिक्रम सिंह मजीठिया भी पहुंचे।

कुलवंत सिंह की 14 नवंबर को मौत हो गई थी। बलवंत सिंह राजोआना ने पंजाब एवं हरियाणा हाईकोर्ट से भोग में शामिल होने के लिए पैरोल मांगी थी। कोर्ट ने एक दिन पहले मंगलवार को याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए उसकी सुबह 11 बजे से दोपहर 2 बजे तक की पैरोल मंजूर की।

ये दूसरा मौका है, जब राजोआना जेल से बाहर है। इससे पहले जनवरी 2022 में हाईकोर्ट ने उसे पिता की मौत के बाद भोग और अंतिम अरदास में शामिल होने की इजाजत दी थी।

बलवंत सिंह राजोआना ने कहा- अकाली दल की पूरी लीडरशिप आज बड़े भाई को श्रद्धांजलि देने के लिए पहुंची। दुख की घड़ी में समस्त खालसा पंथ परिवार के साथ आकर खड़ा हुआ है। मेरे दोनों भाई इंजीनियर गुरमीत सिंह और भाई शमशेर सिंह भी दोनों आज यहां आए है। उन्होंने भी 30-30 साल जेल की दीवारों में गुजारे हैं। इस पीड़ा को सिर्फ वही सह सकता है, जिसने ये दर्द सहा हो। मेरा और मेरे भाइयों का जन्म इस धरती पर हुआ है।

जब हम पढ़ाई करते थे तो बहुत चिंता में खेती किया करते थे। ये धरती गुरु गोबिंद सिंह जी के चरणों की छोह प्राप्त धरती है। खेती करते समय पता नहीं कब गुरु साहिब के पैरों की धूल का कौन सा तिनका मेरे माथे पर लग गया। मुझे आशीर्वाद दिया कि मैं खुद कौमी हरपिंदर सिंह गोल्डी के पास चला गया। वहां मेरा दूसरा जन्म हुआ। उनके माता-पिता ने मुझे अपना दूसरा बेटा बनाया।

शहीद की बहन कमलदीप कौर पिछले 20 साल से मेरे साथ एक जरनैल की तरह सिख कौम की लड़ाई लड़ रही है। मुझे याद है, जब मैं और कौमी शहीद भाई दिलावर सिंह ने इकट्‌ठे कौम के दर्द को महसूस किया। उस समय बहन ने ये कहकर भेजा कि अपना फैसला सुप्रीम कोर्ट में है, कुछ ऐसा न बोल देना कि इन्हें बहाना मिल जाए। मैं बहन से वादा करके आया हूं। मुझे आज भी वह सीन याद है, जब मैं और दिलावर के मां-पिता जी से आशीर्वाद लेकर घर से मिशन पर निकले थे।

हमारे कदम उस समय ऐसे चले, जैसे मंजिल की तरफ जल्द पहुंच रहे हो। ऐसी परमात्मा की कृपा हुई। हमारे मिशन में किसी तरह की दिक्कत नहीं आई। दिलावर सिंह ने शहादत दी। उन्हें कौमी शहीद का दर्जा भी सिख कौम ने दिया।

अकाली नेता बिक्रम सिंह मजीठिया ने कहा- उस समय जब फेक एनकाउंटर किए जा रहे थे, तब बलवंत सिंह राजोआना आवाज बुलंद नहीं करते तो शायद आज माहौल कुछ और ही होता। मुझे बंदी सिंह का सही मतलब भाई राजोआना से समझ आया है। पुलिस ने उनपर बहुत अत्याचार किए, फिर भी असली बंदी सिंह बनकर उन्होंने कौम की सेवा की।

आज यदि राजोआना के परिवार या उनके रिश्तेदार कहीं नौकरी लेने चले जाएं तो उन्हें नौकरी नहीं मिल पाती। सरकार जितनी भी रोक लगाए, लेकिन हमारा यह फर्ज बनता है कि बंदी सिखों के परिवार के साथ खड़े हों। SGPC ने देश का सबसे बड़ा वकील किया।

केंद्र सरकार ने पंजाब सरकार से जवाब मांगा है कि किसी भी व्यक्ति को 30 साल तक जेल या फांसी के फंदे पर नहीं रख सकते। सिख पंथ बलवंत सिंह राजोआना के साथ है, ताकि राजोआना देश और कौम की सेवा कर सके।

ज्ञानी रघबीर सिंह बोले- राजोआना को 3 घंटे की पैरोल, राम रहीम को आए दिन मिल रही

श्री अकाल तख्त साहिब के जत्थेदार ज्ञानी रघबीर सिंह ने कहा- भाई बलवंत सिंह कौम की इतनी सेवा न करते तो शायद आज इतनी हस्तियां यहां न पहुंचतीं। बलवंत सिंह के मन में किसी तरह की फांसी या सजा का डर नहीं है। आज सिर्फ 3 घंटे के लिए बलवंत सिंह पैरोल मिली है, लेकिन दूसरी तरफ गुरमीत राम रहीम को आए दिन पैरोल मिल रही है।

1983 में कांग्रेस हुकूमत ने टेंकों से गुरुद्वारा और श्री अकाल तख्त साहिब पर हमला किया। स्नान करने आई संगत पर फायरिंग हुई। कोई ऐसी सड़क या नहर नहीं होगी, जहां झूठे एनकाउंटर कर युवाओं को मारा नहीं गया। फिर भी हम कई बार कांग्रेस की सरकार बना चुके हैं। हमें कौमी एकता की जरूरत है और अपने दुश्मनों को पहचानने की जरूरत है।

30 साल से बलवंत सिंह राजोआना जेल में बंद है। 12 साल से उनकी अपील पेंडिंग रखी है। उन्हें फांसी की चक्की में रखा गया है। सिखों के साथ भारत सरकार द्वारा नाइंसाफी की जा रही है। ये परिवार कौमी परिवार है। पूरे परिवार के साथ हमदर्दी प्रकट करते हैं।
