Parliament witnessed uproar for the second consecutive day over the issue of SIR and allegations of vote rigging. यह तुरंत स्पष्ट नहीं हो पाया कि अध्यक्ष ने यह टिप्पणी क्यों की। अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि सदस्यों से अपेक्षा की जाती है कि वे सदन के उच्च मानकों और गरिमा को बनाए रखने वाले तरीके से आचरण करें। अध्यक्ष ने कहा, "मेरे संज्ञान में कई ऐसे मामले आए हैं, जहां सदस्यों का आचरण उच्च मानकों के अनुरूप नहीं है।" अध्यक्ष ने कहा, "इस सदन में पिता और पुत्री, माता और पुत्री, पति और पत्नी सदस्य रहे हैं। इस संदर्भ में, मैं विपक्ष के नेता से अपेक्षा करता हूं कि वे नियम 349 के अनुसार आचरण करें, जो सदन में सदस्यों द्वारा पालन किए जाने वाले नियमों से संबंधित है।"

हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री नायब सिंह सैनी ने केंद्रीय बजट 2025 को लेकर अपनी प्रतिक्रिया दी है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह बजट किसानों के जीवन स्तर को सुधारने और कृषि क्षेत्र को मजबूत करने की दिशा में एक बड़ा कदम है। इसके अलावा एमएसएमई सेक्टर के लिए लोन गारंटी कवर को 5 करोड़ रुपए से बढ़ाकर 10 करोड़ रुपए कर दिया गया है, जिससे छोटे उद्योगों को और अधिक सहायता मिलेगी।

अगले 6 वर्षों तक मसूर और अरहर जैसी दालों का उत्पादन बढ़ाने पर फोकस रहेगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि 12 लाख रुपए तक की आय को टैक्स फ्री करने से देश के करोड़ों लोगों को सीधा फायदा होगा। बजट 2025 में कपास के उत्पादन को बढ़ाने के लिए 5 साल का मिशन रखा गया है, जिससे देश के कपड़ा उद्योग को मजबूती मिलेगी।

इसी तरह बिहार में मखाना बोर्ड का गठन किया जाएगा, जिससे छोटे किसानों और व्यापारियों को फायदा होगा। छोटे उद्योगों के लिए विशेष क्रेडिट कार्ड जारी किए जाएंगे, जिनमें से पहले वर्ष में 10 लाख कार्ड जारी किए जाएंगे। 'मेक इन इंडिया' के तहत खिलौना उद्योग के लिए भी विशेष योजना शुरू की जाएगी।

बजट में शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्रों में भी बड़े ऐलान किए गए हैं। अगले 5 वर्षों में मेडिकल एजुकेशन में 75,000 नई सीटें जोड़ी जाएंगी। इसके साथ ही, 23 IIT में 1.35 लाख स्टूडेंट्स की सुविधा को ध्यान में रखते हुए IIT पटना का विस्तार किया जाएगा। कृत्रिम बुद्धिमत्ता (AI) के लिए 500 करोड़ रुपए का विशेष प्रावधान किया गया है।

मुख्यमंत्री सैनी ने कहा कि वित्त मंत्री ने बजट 2025 में एससी-एसटी वर्ग की 5 लाख महिलाओं के लिए नई स्कीम की घोषणा की, जिसमें उन्हें 2 करोड़ रुपए का टर्म लोन मिलेगा। साथ ही, स्टार्टअप को भी बढ़ावा देने के लिए ऋण सीमा 10 करोड़ रुपए से बढ़ाकर 20 करोड़ रुपए कर दी गई है। यह कदम महिलाओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने और नए स्टार्टअप को मजबूती देने के लिए एक शानदार पहल है।

 कांग्रेस नेता सोनिया गांधी ने शुक्रवार को बजट सत्र से पहले राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू के अभिभाषण पर प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि राष्ट्रपति अपने भाषण के अंत में "थकी हुई" लग रही थीं और "मुश्किल से बोल पा रही थीं।" दोनों सदनों की संयुक्त बैठक में शामिल सोनिया ने संवाददाताओं से बात करते हुए कहा, "राष्ट्रपति भाषण के अंत में बहुत थक गई थीं।

 वह मुश्किल से बोल पा रही थीं, बेचारी।" सोनिया गांधी की टिप्पणी ने विवाद को जन्म दे दिया, भारतीय जनता पार्टी के नेताओं ने उनकी टिप्पणियों की निंदा की और पूर्व कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष से माफ़ी मांगने की मांग की। भाजपा अध्यक्ष नड्डा ने सोनिया गांधी से "बिना शर्त माफ़ी" की मांग की, जबकि संसदीय कार्य मंत्री किरेन रिजिजू ने विपक्ष की ओर से आदिवासी राष्ट्रपति को स्वीकार करने में असमर्थता का सुझाव दिया। नड्डा ने एक्स पर एक पोस्ट में कहा, "ऐसे शब्दों का जानबूझकर इस्तेमाल कांग्रेस पार्टी की अभिजात्य, गरीब विरोधी और आदिवासी विरोधी प्रकृति को दर्शाता है। मैं मांग करता हूं कि कांग्रेस पार्टी माननीय राष्ट्रपति और भारत के आदिवासी समुदायों से बिना शर्त माफी मांगे।" 

केंद्रीय मंत्री हरदीप सिंह पुरी ने भी सोनिया पर निशाना साधते हुए उनकी टिप्पणियों को "विश्वास से परे चौंकाने वाला" बताया और कांग्रेस पर अहंकार का आरोप लगाया। "उनका इस तरह से अपमानजनक और अपमानजनक तरीके से उल्लेख करना भयावह है। कोई भी यह सोचने लगा है कि क्या कांग्रेस एक कार्यशील लोकतंत्र में एक राजनीतिक पार्टी है, या यह हमारे गणतंत्र की संस्थाओं, जिसमें राज्य के प्रमुख भी शामिल हैं, के प्रति बहुत कम सम्मान रखने वाले हकदार और अहंकारी लोगों का समूह है। क्या उन्हें कोई शर्म नहीं है?" उन्होंने सवाल किया।

भाजपा आईटी सेल के प्रमुख अमित मालवीय ने भी सोनिया गांधी की टिप्पणियों की आलोचना की और तर्क दिया कि यह उनकी "सामंती मानसिकता" और संवैधानिक मूल्यों के प्रति अनादर को दर्शाता है। "सोनिया गांधी द्वारा राष्ट्रपति को 'बेचारा' कहना इस उच्च पद का अपमान है और उनकी सामंती मानसिकता को दर्शाता है। यह पहली बार नहीं है जब कांग्रेस ने देश के सर्वोच्च संवैधानिक पद पर आसीन पहली आदिवासी महिला का उपहास किया है। विपक्ष के नेता राहुल गांधी, जो अक्सर संविधान की एक प्रति दिखाते हैं, ने राष्ट्रपति से शिष्टाचार भेंट करने के बारे में भी नहीं सोचा है। कांग्रेस को बाबा साहेब अंबेडकर के संविधान, संवैधानिक मूल्यों या सामाजिक रूप से हाशिए पर पड़े लोगों - यानी दलितों, ओबीसी और आदिवासियों के लिए कोई सम्मान नहीं है। सड़ांध ऊपर से शुरू होती है।"

पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री डॉ. मनमोहन सिंह का गुरुवार रात निधन हो गया। वे 92 साल के थे। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और गृह मंत्री अमित शाह ने उनके आवास पहुंचकर उन्हें श्रद्धांजलि दी। इधर, केंद्रीय कैबिनेट की बैठक शुरू हो गई है। इसमें पूर्व पीएम को श्रद्धांजलि दी जाएगी।

मनमोहन लंबे समय से बीमार थे। घर पर बेहोश होने के बाद उन्हें रात 8:06 बजे दिल्ली AIIMS लाया गया था। हॉस्पिटल बुलेटिन के मुताबिक, रात 9:51 बजे उन्होंने आखिरी सांस ली।

मनमोहन सिंह, 2004 में देश के 14वें प्रधानमंत्री बने थे। उन्होंने मई 2014 तक इस पद पर दो कार्यकाल पूरे किए थे। वे देश के पहले सिख और सबसे लंबे समय तक रहने वाले चौथे प्रधानमंत्री थे।

मनमोहन सिंह के निधन के चलते केंद्र सरकार ने 7 दिन का राष्ट्रीय शोक घोषित किया है। साथ ही शुक्रवार को होने वाले सभी कार्यक्रम कैंसिल कर दिए गए हैं।

राहुल गांधी और कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष खड़गे बेलगावी से देर रात दिल्ली पहुंचने के बाद सीधे मनमोहन सिंह के आवास गए थे। राहुल ने X पर लिखा- मैंने अपना मार्गदर्शक और गुरु खो दिया।

इस बीच, कर्नाटक के बेलगावी में चल रही कांग्रेस वर्किंग कमेटी (CWC) मीटिंग रद्द कर दी गई। कांग्रेस स्थापना दिवस से जुड़े आयोजन भी कैंसिल हो गए हैं। पार्टी के इवेंट 3 जनवरी के बाद शुरू होंगे।

मनमोहन का पार्थिव शरीर कल कांग्रेस मुख्यालय में रखा जाएगा, जहां आम लोग उन्हें श्रद्धांजलि देंगे। जानकारी के मुताबिक, मनमोहन का अंतिम संस्कार कल होगा। उनकी बेटियां आज शाम तक अमेरिका से भारत आ जाएंगी। अंतिम संस्कार किस जगह होगा, इसका फैसला प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय (PMO) करेगा।

दलगत राजनीति से ऊपर उठकर उन्होंने हर दल के व्यक्ति से संपर्क रखा, सहज उपलब्ध रहे। यहां दिल्ली आने के बाद भी मेरी उनसे बात मुलाकात होती थी। मुझे उनसे हुईं मुलाकातें और चर्चाएं हमेशा याद रहेंगी। इस कठिन घड़ी में उनके परिवार के प्रति संवेदनाएं प्रकट करता हूं। सभी देशवासियों की तरफ से श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित करता हूं।

 संसद परिसर में धक्का-मुक्की के आरोप के बीच देश में राजनीति गरमा गई है. भारतीय जनता पार्टी (बीजेपी) ने आरोप लगाया है कि नेता प्रतिपक्ष राहुल गांधी ने उनके दो सांसदों प्रताप सारंगी और मुकेश राजपूत को धक्का दिया है. दोनों सांसदों को अस्पताल में भर्ती कर कराया गया. वहीं राहुल गांधी का आरोप है कि बीजेपी संसदों ने उन्हें मकर द्वार पर रोक कर उनके साथ धक्का-मुक्की की.

सोशल मीडिया पर एक वीडियो सामने आया है, जिसमें राहुल गांधी उस स्थान पर जाते नजर आ रहे हैं जहां धक्का-मुक्की के बाद सांसद प्रताप चंद्र सारंगी बैठे थे. बीजेपी सांसद प्रताप सारंगी को जिस समय अस्पताल ले जाया जा रहा था, उसी समय कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी उस जगह से गुजर रहे थे. प्रताप सारंगी को देखकर राहुल गांधी थोड़ी देर रुके, तभी वहां मौजूद निशिकांत दूबे समेत तमाम बीजेपी सांसदों ने उनपर निशाना साधना शुरू कर दिया. वीडियो में निशिकांत दूबे कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी को कह रहे हैं, गुंडागर्दी करते हो... बुढ़े को गिरा दिया धक्का देकर. इस दौरान बीजेपी सांसद ने इंदिरा गांधी का भी जिक्र किया.

बीजेपी सांसद प्रताप सारंगी ने आरोप लगाया कि राहुल गांधी ने एक सांसद को धक्का दिया, जो उनके ऊपर गिरा. सारंगी को राम मनोहर लोहिया अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है. इस पर राहुल गांधी ने कहा कि कैमरे में सबकुछ कैद है. उन्होंने बीजेपी सांसदों पर धमकाने का भी आरोप लगाया है. कांग्रेस ने एक वीडियो जारी कर दावा किया कि बीजेपी सदस्यों ने संसद परिसर में राज्यसभा में नेता प्रतिपक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे और वायनाड सांसद प्रियंका गांधी समेत कई महिला सांसदों के साथ धक्का-मुक्की की, जो बीजेपी की तानाशाही को दिखाता है.

कांग्रेस और विपक्षी दलों ने बाबासाहेब अंबेडकर पर टिप्पणी को लेकर गृह मंत्री अमित शाह के खिलाफ संसद परिसर में प्रदर्शन किया तो भारतीय जनता पार्टी के सदस्यों ने मुख्य विपक्षी दल पर संविधान निर्माता के अपमान का आरोप लगाते हुए विरोध जताया. बताया जा रहा है कि इसी दौरान वहां धक्का-मुक्की हुई थी.
