<p style="text-align:justify;">According to the Central Weather Administration, alerts were issued in several areas, including Taipei, Kaohsiung, Taichung, and Tainan.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">The earthquake intensity in Hualien and Pingtung counties was measured at level 4 on Taiwan's seven-level scale.</p>

<p style="text-align:justify;">Intensity levels of 3 were recorded in Kaohsiung, Nantou, Tainan, Chiayi County, Yunlin, Chiayi City, and Changhua, while levels of 2 were recorded in Taichung, Miaoli, Yilan, Hsinchu County, Hsinchu City, Taoyuan, New Taipei, and Taipei.</p>
