According to media reports, the terrorist filmed this video before the blast. In it, he discusses the suicide attack, suggesting that he was planning the suicide attack in advance.

In the video, Umar speaks in broken English. He says, "One thing that was not understood is that this is a martyrdom operation (a martyrdom operation), not a suicide attack. There are many contradictions regarding this. A martyrdom operation requires a person to take their own life at a specific location and at a specific time."

Indeed, Dr. Umar carried out the suicide bombing using a Hyundai i20 car near the Red Fort in Delhi on November 10th. This blast killed 15 people and injured more than 20. Eight people have been arrested so far, six of them doctors. Investigating agencies are working to identify the remaining members of the module and the technical support network.

Terrorists wanted to attack with drones and rockets

Meanwhile, a major revelation emerged Monday night during the investigation into the attack. The NIA stated that the white-collar terror module initially intended to launch a Hamas-style attack using drones and rockets. The plan was modeled after Hamas's attack on Israel on October 7, 2023.

The NIA obtained this information after the arrest of Jasir Bilal Wani, alias Danish, another associate of suicide bomber Dr. Omar-un-Nabi. Danish is a resident of Qazigund in Jammu and Kashmir's Anantnag district. The NIA detained him from Srinagar four days ago and formally arrested him on Monday.

According to the NIA, Danish has technical experience in manufacturing and modifying small drone weapons. He provided technical assistance to Dr. Omar and was attempting to prepare drones and rockets for terrorist attacks. The agency said Danish was working on a plan to drop a bomb from a drone in a crowded area to cause maximum casualties.

The blast car was registered in Aamir's name.

Aamir Rashid Ali, a resident of Pampore, Jammu and Kashmir, is the person who last had contact with terrorist Dr. Umar. The car used in the blast was registered in Aamir's name, and he had come to Delhi to purchase it. Aamir was arrested in Delhi on November 16.

Meanwhile, the Delhi blast has now been linked to the Pingawan area of Nuh (Mewat) district in Haryana. The Delhi Investigation Agency, investigating the case related to the blast, has detained fertilizer dealer Dinesh Singla, alias Dabbu, for questioning.

It is alleged that Dabbu provided ammonium nitrate to Dr. Muzammil Shakeel of Al-Falah University without records, even though he did not have a license to possess it. It is reported that this ammonium nitrate was used to prepare explosives.

According to the UP ATS, Dr. Arif of Kanpur was in contact with Dr. Muzammil, who was arrested in Faridabad, and Dr. Shaheen, who was arrested in Lucknow. In a week, he made 39 voice calls, 43 WhatsApp calls, and sent over 200 messages to them, 25 of which were deleted.

Bhaskar's 2 Investigations in the Delhi Blast

1. Maulvi with a Class III Educated Terrorist Taught Doctors:

Maulana Mohammad Irfan of Kashmir, who led to the exposure of the terrorists' white-collar terror module, had only studied until Class III. However, he had already taught doctors the lessons of terrorism. Irfan is a resident of Shopian and used to teach at a madrasa in Nowgam. On October 17, he wrote a threatening poster for the terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed. He then took it for printing. The poster contained threatening remarks against the army.

The soldiers saw the poster and, after searching the surrounding area, found a clue about the Maulvi. The next day, the troops arrived in Shopian and arrested him. Investigating sources told Bhaskar that the room in the mosque where Irfan lived in Nowgam was opened. Additional posters were found there. Following this, the first case was registered. The matter remained quiet for a few days, but on October 27th, more posters were found pasted in Nowgam. These were printed. CCTV footage identified the person who pasted them as Dr. Adil Mohammad, a resident of Wampora, Kulgam.

2. 40% of the doctors at Al Falah University, located in Dhauj village, Faridabad, where the four terrorists emerged, are Kashmiri. A female doctor posted at the medical college, speaking on condition of anonymity, told Bhaskar that Dr. Shaheen, the female terrorist, joined as a professor in 2021.

The management gave her a key position on the college's six-member Pharmacovigilance Committee. He was the one who secured jobs for Pulwama terrorists Dr. Muzammil Ghani, Dr. Umar Nabi, and Dr. Sajjad Ahmed in 2022. He also made Sajjad a member of the college committee. Shaheen and Sajjad had considerable influence at the university.
