                <title>Supreme Court seeks response from Center regarding online gaming law</title>

Center has been asked to reply. The bench comprising Justice JB Pardiwala and Justice K Vishwanathan was told that the Center has Has filed its reply to the 'interim appeal'.</p>
<p>After this, the bench said that the Additional Solicitor General will also elaborate on the main petition presented by the Centre. To give information. After this the bench adjourned the hearing of the case to 26 November.</p>

<p>The Online Gaming Act 2025 is the first central law to ban online games that involve money transactions. Senior advocate CA Sundaram, appearing in the case, told the bench that due to this, the business was completely closed for more than a month. During the hearing, the bench was told that a new writ petition was filed in this matter but it was not listed for hearing.</p>
<p>The lawyer said that the petitioner participates in online tournaments organized by companies and he also pays participation fees. After this, the bench said that his petition should also be joined with the pending petitions.</p>
