On Wednesday morning, a renowned school in Gurugram received a threat to blow up the premises. The threat was conveyed via an email sent to the school's official email ID. Upon receiving the email, the school administration immediately moved the students to a safe location.

Meanwhile, acting swiftly upon receiving the information, the police and the Bomb Disposal Squad rushed to the scene. They cordoned off the area and initiated a thorough search of the school premises. The school administration immediately implemented security protocols and restricted entry into the school.

Manoj Kumar, SHO of the DLF Phase-1 Police Station, stated that the threatening email is currently under investigation. The Cyber ​​Cell has also been mobilized to trace the origin of the email.

**Threat to Pathways World School; Students Sent Home**

It is reported that the email was sent at 1:30 AM to Pathways World School—a prestigious institution located in Baliawas, Gurugram.

The school management discovered the email at 8:30 AM, following which the police were immediately notified.

Police teams arrived at approximately 8:45 AM. The Bomb Squad, accompanied by a K-9 unit, is currently conducting a search of the entire campus, including classrooms, the library, and other areas.

Students were sent home at 10:30 AM. The police search operation has been underway for two hours. As of now, there have been no reports of any suspicious objects being found. The school has an enrollment of 2,000 students.

**School Management Appeals to Parents**

Over the past few months, several schools in Gurugram have received similar bomb threats via emails or phone calls, all of which subsequently proved to be hoaxes. The school management has appealed to parents not to panic. The school will reopen only after the investigation has been completed.

**Police Apprehend Bangladeshi National Behind Threats**

Just a day earlier, the police arrested a Bangladeshi national in connection with threats to blow up 20 schools across Haryana. The individual had entered India nine years ago and had been residing in the country using forged documents. The police apprehended the accused in Gujarat and brought him back.

The accused has been identified as Saurabh Biswas, alias Michael (30). He has completed his education up to the 12th grade and is a native of Bangladesh. Currently, he resides in Shripalli Bazar, Govindpalli, in the North 24 Parganas district of West Bengal. On January 28, he sent emails claiming that bombs had been planted in several schools across Gurugram. For this act, he received 250 USDT in cryptocurrency.

**Fabricated Indian Documents**

Police interrogation of the accused revealed that he had been residing in the area using fraudulently created documents. Initially, he worked as a laborer at Maruti. The accused possesses knowledge of digital marketing, graphic design, and related fields. For the past five years, he had been working as a freelancer in the digital marketing sector.

**Provided Approximately 300 Gmail IDs**

He was a member of a Facebook group where he established contact with a Bangladeshi national named Mamunur Rashid. Rashid requested Gmail IDs from him, promising to pay him in USDT cryptocurrency in exchange. Subsequently, he provided approximately 300 Gmail IDs to Mamunur Rashid.

In return, he received approximately 250 USDT in cryptocurrency. One of these email IDs was utilized in the aforementioned incident to send the hoax emails regarding bombs in the schools.

Chandigarh: The Supreme Court on Wednesday agreed to take up advocate Vikram Singh’s petition challenging his arrest by the Special Task Force (STF) of the Haryana Police.

“We will hear it on Wednesday,” a Bench led by Chief Justice BR Gavai said after senior advocate Vikas Singh submitted on behalf of the arrested lawyer that he was merely representing a co-accused.

“The matter needs an urgent hearing as a lawyer has been implicated and arrested for performing his professional work,” the senior counsel told the Bench.

The petitioner made Haryana and Delhi governments and the Bar Council of India as parties to the petition.

The petitioner has sought his immediate release and a judicial probe into the alleged illegal actions of the STF, Gurugram, in Haryana. He has also sought a direction to quash “all criminal proceedings instituted against the petitioner in connection with FIR No…registered at Police Station Sector-8, Faridabad, Haryana, under Sections 302, 34 of the IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act.”

Singh, an advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi since July 2019, was arrested on October 31 allegedly without written grounds of arrest or independent witnesses, in violation of Articles 21 and 22 of the Constitution. He is presently lodged in Faridabad Jail.

A trial court at Faridabad on November 1 remanded him to judicial custody for 14 days by a mechanical and non-speaking order, devoid of any reasoning or material connecting him to alleged offences, the petition submitted.

On November 6, the Coordination Committee of District Court Bar Associations in Delhi abstained from work in all district courts against alleged false implication of Singh in a murder case.

“In the course of his professional duties, the petitioner has represented several clients in criminal cases between 2021 and 2025, including persons alleged to have connections with one Kapil Sangwan alias Nandu. All such representations were undertaken purely in the discharge of his professional obligations and in conformity with the Advocates Act and the standards of professional ethics.

“However, instead of respecting the independence of the Bar, the investigating agency has sought to criminalise the petitioner’s professional association with his clients, thereby undermining the rule of law and the sanctity of the advocate-client relationship,” the plea said.

The lawyer was targeted after filing an application before a court alleging custodial assault on one of his clients, Jyoti Prakash alias Baba, who reportedly suffered a leg fracture while in STF custody, it said, alleging that “The retaliatory action by the investigating agency culminated in my illegal arrest.”

हरियाणा के सोनीपत में एंटी करप्शन ब्यूरो (ACB) की टीम ने शनिवार को सिविल लाइन थाने में महिला सब इंस्पेक्टर को 60 हजार रुपए की रिश्वत लेते हुए रंगेहाथ गिरफ्तार किया है। SI मंजू ने रेप की FIR कैंसिल करने के बदले में युवक से 1 लाख रुपए मांगे थे। पहले वह 40 हजार रुपए ले चुकी थी।

युवक ने इसकी शिकायत ACB को दी। SI मंजू ने शनिवार को शिकायतकर्ता को पैसे लेकर सिविल लाइन थाने में बुलाया। जैसे ही उसने पैसे SI मंजू को दिए तो ACB की टीम ने मंजू को पकड़ लिया। उसके कब्जे से 60 हजार रुपए बरामद हुए हैं। ACB टीम मंजू से पूछताछ कर रही है। उसके खिलाफ भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है।

सोनीपत में एंटी करप्शन ब्यूरो के इंस्पेक्टर सचिव ने बताया कि रोहतक में धारा 376 के तहत एक रेप की जीरो FIR दर्ज हुई थी। यह ट्रांसफर होकर सोनीपत के सिविल लाइन थाने पहुंची थी। जांच में मामला झूठा निकला। सब इंस्पेक्टर मंजू ने थाना प्रभारी को सूचना दिए बिना फायदा उठाते हुए FIR के आरोपी अंकित से एक लाख रुपए मांगे।

SI के दबाव में आकर युवक ने 40 हजार रुपए दे दिए। इसके बाद मंजू 60 हजार रुपए और मांगने लगी। परेशान होकर युवक ने ACB को शिकायत दी। ACB की टीम ने जाल बिछाकर मंजू को सिविल लाइन थाने में ही 60 हजार रुपए रिश्वत लेते पकड़ लिया। कल उसे कोर्ट में पेश किया जाएगा।

अंबाला डीसी ऑफिस को बम से उड़ाने की धमकी मिली है। इसके बाद सावधानी के तौर पर डीसी ऑफिस की सुरक्षा बढ़ा दी गई है। यह धमकी सुबह आधिकारिक ईमेल के जरिए मिली थी। इसके बाद डीसी ऑफिस को बंद कर दिया गया है। वहीं, पुलिस को पूरे मामले की जानकारी दे दी गई है।

डीसी अंबाला अजय सिंह तोमर ने बताया कि आज सुबह डिप्टी कमिश्नर अंबाला के आधिकारिक ईमेल पर एक मेल आया जिसमें अंबाला के डीसी ऑफिस को आरडीएक्स से उड़ाने की धमकी दी गई थी। इसके बाद डीसी की ओर से इस मामले में पुलिस को शिकायत दी गई। इस दौरान पुलिस टीम के साथ बम निरोधक दस्ता भी डीसी ऑफिस पहुंचा और जांच की। लेकिन उन्हें ऐसा कोई सामान नहीं मिला जिससे शक हो सके।

डीसी अंबाला अजय सिंह तोमर ने बताया कि ऑफिस में बम की सूचना मिलते ही इस दौरान आम लोगों के प्रवेश पर रोक लगा दी गई। पुलिस ने पूरे ऑफिस की गहनता से जांच की। अब इस धमकी के बाद डीसी ऑफिस में सुरक्षा व्यवस्था बढ़ा दी गई है।

डीसी ने बताया कि इस मामले में अब ईमेल पुलिस विभाग को उपलब्ध करा दिया गया है। अब वे जांच कर रहे हैं कि यह ईमेल कहां से आया और किसने भेजा। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि जैसे ही हमने यह ईमेल देखा तो हमें लगा कि यह गलत है लेकिन फिर भी सावधानी के तौर पर हमने इसकी जांच करवाई। जांच में ऐसा कुछ नहीं मिला। उन्होंने कहा कि अंबाला पुलिस जल्द ही ईमेल भेजने वाले को गिरफ्तार कर लेगी।

अंबाला कोर्ट में आज पेशी पर आए युवकों पर फायरिंग करने का मामला सामने आया है। बताया जा रहा है काले रंग की कार में 2 युवक आए और उन्होंने हवा में 2 फायर कर दिए। जिसके बाद हमलावर आसानी से भाग गए। फिलहाल पुलिस सीसीटीवी के सहारे फायरिंग करने वालों की तलाश कर रही है।

अंबाला कोर्ट में उस वक्त अफरा तफरी मच गई जब कोर्ट में पेशी भुगतने आए अमन सोनकर नामक युवक के ऊपर फायरिंग की कोशिश की गई। बताया जा रहा है। अमन सोनकर कोर्ट में अंदर की तरफ आ रहा था तो उस पर काली स्कॉर्पिय कार में आए 2 से 3 युवकों ने हवाई फायर किए और फरार हो गए। फिलहाल घटना पर जांच पड़ताल के लिए सिटी थाना प्रभारी और डीएसपी रजत गुलिया मौके पर पहुंचे। 

इस घटना में जानकारी देते हुए सिटी थाना प्रभारी ने बताया कि अंबाला छावनी की खटीक मंडी के रहने वाले कोर्ट में पेशी पर आए थे और गेट के पास ही पहुंचे थे तो इन पर अचानक गाड़ी में सवार आए कुछ युवकों ने गोली चला दी। दोनों ही गुटों की आपस में पुरानी रंजिश थी फिलहाल दो गोलियों के खोल मौके से बरामद हुए हैं और जांच पड़ताल की जा रही है।

मौके पर अंबाला कोर्ट में तैनात सुरक्षाकर्मी ने सारा वाक्या देखा और बताया हमला करने वाले 2 युवक थे एक के हाथ मे हथियार था और उन्होंने 2 फायर किए और मौके से भाग गए।

सिटी थाना प्रभारी सुनील वत्स ने बताया कि अंबाला कैंट की खटीक मंडी के रहने वाला अमन सोनकर कोर्ट में पेशी पर आया था। जब वह कोर्ट परिसर के गेट के पास पहुंचा तो काली रंग की स्कॉर्पियो में सवार होकर आए बदमाशों ने उस पर गोलियां चलाईं। दोनों के बीच पुरानी रंजिश का मामला लगता है। बदमाश और युवक किस गैंग से जुड़े हुए हैं? उनका केस से क्या लेना-देना है, इसकी जांच की जा रही है।

इनका इरादा युवक को मारने का ही था, लेकिन उसे गोली नहीं लगी। बदमाशों को पकड़ने के लिए सर्च ऑपरेशन शुरू किया गया है। इसके लिए टीमों का गठन कर दिया गया। टीमें इनका पीछा कर रही हैं। उम्मीद है जल्द ही इन लोगों को पकड़ लिया जाएगा।

हरियाणा में रोड एक्सीडेंट में घायल होने वालों को सरकार ने बड़ी राहत दी है। सरकार की ओर से अब सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में घायलों को डेढ़ लाख का फ्री इलाज किया जाएगा। सड़क परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग मंत्रालय द्वारा जारी दिशा-निर्देशों की पालना में हरियाणा पुलिस द्वारा ये नई पहल शुरू की गई है।

इस योजना के तहत दुर्घटना की डेट से अधिकतम 7 दिनों की अवधि के लिए प्रत्येक सड़क दुर्घटना के लिए प्रति व्यक्ति 1.5 लाख रुपए तक का उपचार फ्री किया जाएगा। इस बारे में अतिरिक्त पुलिस महानिदेशक (ADGP) हरदीप दून द्वारा प्रदेश के सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों और जिलों को लेटर जारी करते हुए इसका सख्ती से पालन करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।

पुलिस महानिदेशक शत्रुजीत कपूर (DGP) ने बताया कि प्रदेश की सड़कों को आमजन के लिए सुरक्षित बनाना हरियाणा की नायब सैनी सरकार की प्राथमिकताओं में से एक है, ऐसे में जरूरी है कि सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में कमी लाने के लिए एक बेहतर और प्रभावी कार्य योजना तैयार करते हुए उन पर काम किया जाए। इसी कड़ी में सड़क परिवहन एवं राजमार्ग मंत्रालय द्वारा सड़क दुर्घटना में घायल व्यक्ति को फ्री उपचार संबंधी सुविधाएं उपलब्ध करवाने की शुरूआत की गई है।

उन्होंने बताया कि यह पायलेट प्रौजेक्ट नेशनल हैल्थ अथॉरिटी द्वारा स्थानीय पुलिस व राज्य स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा अनुबंधित अस्पतालों के साथ तालमेल स्थापित करते हुए संयुक्त रूप से लागू किया जाएगा।

इस योजना के तहत सड़क दुर्घटना में घायल व्यक्ति को अस्पताल ले जाया जाता है। इसके बाद अस्पताल प्रबंधन द्वारा अपने यहां सॉफ्टवेयर में घायल व्यक्ति का डेटा अपलोड करके संबंधित पुलिस थाने में भेजा जाता है, जिसके बाद संबंधित पुलिस थाने द्वारा 6 घंटे के भीतर पुष्टि की जाती है कि घायल व्यक्ति सड़क दुर्घटना में घायल हुआ है अथवा नही। पुष्टि होने के बाद घायल व्यक्ति को कैशलैस ईलाज की सुविधा दी जाती है।

डीजीपी ने बताया कि सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में कमी लाने के लिए हरियाणा पुलिस द्वारा कई महत्वपूर्ण बिंदुओं पर ध्यान केन्द्रित करते हुए काम किया जाता है जिसके परिणामस्वरूप वर्ष 2023 की अपेक्षा वर्ष 2024 में 616 सड़क हादसों में कमी दर्ज की गई है। इसके साथ ही, वर्ष 2023 की तुलना में वर्ष 2024 में 251 सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में मृत्यु में भी कमी आई है तथा 403 लोग कम घायल हुए हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि जनवरी 2024 से लेकर नवंबर 2024 के अंत तक हरियाणा पुलिस द्वारा सड़क सुरक्षा के 2166 जागरूकता अभियान चलाए गए जिनके माध्यम से 2 लाख 91 हजार 307 बच्चों व अन्य लोगों ने भागीदारी सुनिश्चित की।

इसके अलावा, वर्ष-2024 में 6 विशेष अभियान चलाए गए जिनमें से पांच अभियान लेन ड्राइविंग तथा एक विशेष अभियान वाहनों पर ब्लैक फिल्म लगाने वालों के खिलाफ चलाया गया। विशेष अभियान के दौरान प्रदेश में 27 हजार 321 वाहनों के चालान किए गए जिनमें से 2600 चालान ब्लैक फिल्म लगाने वाले वाहनों के चालान किए गए।

इसके साथ ही प्रदेश में ऐसे ब्लैक स्पॉट्स भी चिन्ह्नित किए गए हैं जहां पर सड़क दुर्घटनाएं अपेक्षाकृत अधिक होती हैं। इन ब्लैक स्पॉट्स को संबंधित रोड़ इंजीनियरिंग विभागों के साथ तालमेल स्थापित करते हुए इन्हें ठीक करवाया जाता है। सड़क सुरक्षा संबंधी विषय की गंभीरता को देखते हुए प्रदेश के अलग-2 जिलो में सड़क सुरक्षा समिति गठित की गई हैं जिसके द्वारा एजेंडावार सड़क सुरक्षा को लेकर नियमित बैठकें की जाती हैं।

वर्ष-2024 में अक्टूबर माह के अंत तक इस प्रकार की 107 बैठकें आयोजित की गई हैं जिसकी अध्यक्षता संबंधित जिले के उपायुक्त द्वारा की जाती है।

कपूर ने आमजन से अपील करते हुए कहा कि सड़क सुरक्षा एक महत्वपूर्ण विषय है। आमजन को सड़कों को सुरक्षित बनाने में अपना सहयोग देना चाहिए और वाहनों को निर्धारित गति सीमा में ही चलाना चाहिए। हरियाणा पुलिस द्वारा आमजन को यातायात नियमों के बारे में जागरूक करने के लिए अनेक प्रकार की प्रतियोगिताएं व गतिविधियां आयोजित की जाती हैं।

उन्होंने कहा कि वाहन चलाते समय लोग मोबाइल फोन आदि का भी इस्तेमाल ना करें। व्यक्ति की जरा सी लापरवाही ना केवल उनके स्वयं के लिए बल्कि दूसरे व्यक्तियों के लिए भी जानलेवा साबित हो सकती है।
