 संसद परिसर में धक्का-मुक्की के आरोप के बीच देश में राजनीति गरमा गई है. भारतीय जनता पार्टी (बीजेपी) ने आरोप लगाया है कि नेता प्रतिपक्ष राहुल गांधी ने उनके दो सांसदों प्रताप सारंगी और मुकेश राजपूत को धक्का दिया है. दोनों सांसदों को अस्पताल में भर्ती कर कराया गया. वहीं राहुल गांधी का आरोप है कि बीजेपी संसदों ने उन्हें मकर द्वार पर रोक कर उनके साथ धक्का-मुक्की की.

सोशल मीडिया पर एक वीडियो सामने आया है, जिसमें राहुल गांधी उस स्थान पर जाते नजर आ रहे हैं जहां धक्का-मुक्की के बाद सांसद प्रताप चंद्र सारंगी बैठे थे. बीजेपी सांसद प्रताप सारंगी को जिस समय अस्पताल ले जाया जा रहा था, उसी समय कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी उस जगह से गुजर रहे थे. प्रताप सारंगी को देखकर राहुल गांधी थोड़ी देर रुके, तभी वहां मौजूद निशिकांत दूबे समेत तमाम बीजेपी सांसदों ने उनपर निशाना साधना शुरू कर दिया. वीडियो में निशिकांत दूबे कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी को कह रहे हैं, गुंडागर्दी करते हो... बुढ़े को गिरा दिया धक्का देकर. इस दौरान बीजेपी सांसद ने इंदिरा गांधी का भी जिक्र किया.

बीजेपी सांसद प्रताप सारंगी ने आरोप लगाया कि राहुल गांधी ने एक सांसद को धक्का दिया, जो उनके ऊपर गिरा. सारंगी को राम मनोहर लोहिया अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है. इस पर राहुल गांधी ने कहा कि कैमरे में सबकुछ कैद है. उन्होंने बीजेपी सांसदों पर धमकाने का भी आरोप लगाया है. कांग्रेस ने एक वीडियो जारी कर दावा किया कि बीजेपी सदस्यों ने संसद परिसर में राज्यसभा में नेता प्रतिपक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खरगे और वायनाड सांसद प्रियंका गांधी समेत कई महिला सांसदों के साथ धक्का-मुक्की की, जो बीजेपी की तानाशाही को दिखाता है.

कांग्रेस और विपक्षी दलों ने बाबासाहेब अंबेडकर पर टिप्पणी को लेकर गृह मंत्री अमित शाह के खिलाफ संसद परिसर में प्रदर्शन किया तो भारतीय जनता पार्टी के सदस्यों ने मुख्य विपक्षी दल पर संविधान निर्माता के अपमान का आरोप लगाते हुए विरोध जताया. बताया जा रहा है कि इसी दौरान वहां धक्का-मुक्की हुई थी.

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को जान से मारने की धमकी दी गई है। मुंबई पुलिस के कंट्रोल रूम में किसी अज्ञात शख्स ने फोन कर प्रधानमंत्री को जान से मारने की धमकी दी है। पुलिस ने अज्ञात व्यक्ति के खिलाफ केस दर्ज कर जांच शुरू कर दी है।

2023: हरियाणा के एक शख्स ने वीडियो वायरल करते हुए मोदी को गोली मारने की धमकी दी थी। वीडियो में युवक ने खुद को हरियाणा का बदमाश और गांव मोहाना, सोनीपत का रहने वाला बताया था। वीडियो में उसने कहा था कि प्रधानमंत्री मोदी मेरे सामने आ जाएं तो मैं गोली मार दूंगा।

2022: PM मोदी को जेवियर नाम के एक शख्स ने धमकी दी थी। जेवियर ने केरल भाजपा अध्यक्ष के. सुरेंद्रन को भेजे खत में जान से मारने की धमकी देते हुए लिखा था- मोदी का हाल राजीव गांधी जैसा होगा। उस वक्त PM केरल दौरे पर जा रहे थे। बाद में पुलिस ने धमकी देने वाले को अरेस्ट कर लिया था।

2018: महाराष्ट्र के मोहम्मद अलाउद्दीन खान नाम के शख्स ने फेसबुक पेज पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जो जान से मारने की धमकी दी थी। उसने खुद को आतंकी संगठन जैश-ए -मोहम्मद का सदस्य बताते हुए देश के पांच प्रमुख शहरों में विस्फोट करने की बात कही थी। शख्स ने प्रतिबंधित संगठन ISIS के झंडे की फोटो भी डाली थी।

SPG के कंधों पर प्रधानमंत्री की सुरक्षा का जिम्मा
देश के प्रधानमंत्री की सुरक्षा की जिम्‍मेदारी स्‍पेशल प्रोटेक्‍शन ग्रुप यानी SPG की होती है। प्रधानमंत्री के चारों ओर पहला सुरक्षा घेरा SPG जवानों का ही होता है।

PM की सुरक्षा में लगे इन जवानों को अमेरिका की सीक्रेट सर्विस की गाइडलाइंस के मुताबिक ट्रेनिंग दी जाती है। इनके पास MNF-2000 असॉल्ट राइफल, ऑटोमेटिक गन और 17 एम रिवॉल्वर जैसे मॉडर्न हथियार होते हैं।

किसी राज्य में PM के दौरे के समय 4 एजेंसियां सुरक्षा व्यवस्था देखती हैं- SPG, ASL, राज्य पुलिस और स्थानीय प्रशासन। एडवांस सिक्योरिटी संपर्क टीम (ASL) प्रधानमंत्री के दौरे से जुड़ी हर जानकारी से अपडेट होती है। ASL टीम केंद्रीय सुरक्षा एजेंसियों के अधिकारी के संपर्क में होती है। केंद्रीय एजेंसियों के अधिकारी ASL की मदद प्रधानमंत्री के दौरे की निगरानी रखते हैं।

स्थानीय पुलिस PM के दौरे के समय रूट से लेकर कार्यक्रम स्थल की सुरक्षा संबंधी नियम तय करती है। आखिरकार पुलिस के निर्णय की निगरानी SPG अधिकारी ही करते हैं। केंद्रीय एजेंसी ASL प्रधानमंत्री के कार्यक्रम स्थल और रूट की सुरक्षा जांच करता है।

इसके साथ ही SPG PM के करीब आने वाले लोगों की तलाशी और प्रधानमंत्री के आसपास की सुरक्षा को देखता है। स्थानीय प्रशासन पुलिस के साथ मिलकर काम करते हैं।

स्पेन के प्रधानमंत्री पेड्रो सांचेज रविवार रात भारत दौरे पर पहुंचे। उन्होंने सोमवार को PM मोदी के साथ वडोदरा एयरपोर्ट से टाटा के प्लांट तक करीब पौने 3 किमी का रोड शो किया। इसके बाद दोनों नेताओं ने C-295 एयरक्राफ्ट के निर्माण के लिए टाटा एयरबस की असेंबली यूनिट का उद्घाटन किया।

C-295 कार्यक्रम के तहत कुल 56 विमान हैं, जिनमें से 16 स्पेन से सीधे एयरबस की ओर से डिलीवर किए जा रहे हैं। बाकी 40 भारत में बनाए जाने हैं। टाटा एडवांस्ड सिस्टम्स लिमिटेड इन 40 विमानों को भारत में बनाएगा। स्पेन मैन्युफैक्चरिंग, ट्रेनिंग और लॉजिस्टिक्स में मदद करेगा।

प्रधानमंत्री सांचेज की यह पहली भारत यात्रा है। उनकी पत्नी बेगोना गोमेज भी भारत आई हैं। स्पेन के किसी भी PM का यह 18 साल बाद भारत दौरा है। इससे पहले जुलाई 2006 में स्पेन के तत्कालीन प्रधानमंत्री जोस लुईस ने भारत की यात्रा की थी।

वडोदरा में विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर भी PM सांचेज के साथ मुलाकात करेंगे। इस दौरान दोनों देशों के बीच द्विपक्षीय बातचीत भी होगी। एयरक्राफ्ट फैसिलिटी का उद्घाटन करने के बाद PM मोदी और PM सांचेज वडोदरा के शाही लक्ष्मी विलास पैलेस पहुंचेंगे। यहां दोनों नेता यूजिनी (कुलीन) हॉल में लंच करेंगे। पैलेस में शास्त्रीय संगीत की धुनों के बीच कांसे की थाली में गुजराती, पंजाबी और स्पेनिश भोजन परोसा जाएगा।

लक्ष्मी विलास पैलेस जाने के दौरान उनके रूट पर सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम भी होंगे। इसके लिए 15 मंच बनाए गए हैं। इन मंचों पर गुजरात का विश्व प्रसिद्ध दांडिया, आदिवासी नृत्य, महाराष्ट्र का लावणी संगीत-नृत्य, राजस्थान का कालबेलिया, केरल का कुचिपुड़ी आदि का परफोर्मेंस होगा।

स्पेनिश PM सांचेज वडोदरा के बाद मुंबई का दौरा करेंगे। यहां वे व्यापार और उद्योग जगत के प्रमुख लीडर्स, थिंक टैंक और फिल्म इंडस्ट्री के लोगों के साथ बातचीत करेंगे। इस दौरान वे फिल्म स्टूडियो का दौरा करेंगे।

इसके अलावा PM सांचेज स्पेन-इंडिया काउंसिल फाउंडेशन और ऑब्जर्वर रिसर्च फाउंडेशन की चौथी स्पेन-इंडिया फोरम में शामिल होंगे। जहां वे फोरम को संबोधित भी करेंगे।

प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने C-295 एयरक्राफ्ट की फाइनल असेंबली लाइन (FAL) प्लांट की नींव अक्टूबर 2022 में रखी थी। इसके लिए भारत सरकार ने सितंबर 2021 में स्पेन की एयरबस डिफेंस एंड स्पेस के साथ 56 C-295 एयरक्राफ्ट के लिए 21,935 करोड़ रूपए में डील साइन की थी।

इसके मुताबिक 56 में से 40 एयरक्राफ्ट बनाने के लिए टाटा एडवांस लिमिटेड और एयरबस के बीच करार हुआ था। बाकी 16 एयरक्राफ्ट स्पेन से रेडी-टू-फ्लाई कंडीशन में भारत आने हैं। इसके लिए अगस्त 2025 की डेडलाइन रखी गई है। इसके तहत पहला एयरक्राफ्ट सितंबर 2023 में भारत आ भी चुका है।

उद्घाटन से पहले प्लांट के अधिकारियों ने बताया कि भारत में पहला C-295 एयरक्राफ्ट सिंतबर 2026 तक बनकर तैयार हो जाएगा। बाकी 39 एयरक्राफ्ट 2031 तक बनकर तैयार हो जाएंगे। इन्हें मेक इन इंडिया प्रोजेक्ट के तहत बनाया जा रहा है।

दिल्ली के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और AAP संयोजक अरविंद केजरीवाल ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को चुनौती दी है। उन्होंने कहा कि हिम्मत है तो नवंबर में महाराष्ट्र और झारखंड के साथ दिल्ली में भी विधानसभा चुनाव करके दिखाएं। हम चुनाव लड़ने के लिए तैयार हैं। नहीं तो मान लें कि वे हार गए, डर गए।

केजरीवाल ने कहा कि अगर प्रधानमंत्री दिल्ली चुनाव से पहले NDA शासित 22 राज्यों में मुफ्त बिजली देने की घोषणा करेंगे तो मैं भाजपा के लिए प्रचार करूंगा। केजरीवाल ने दिल्ली के छत्रसाल स्टेडियम में 'जनता की अदालत' कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए ये बातें कहीं।

केजरीवाल ने कहा, 'मैंने कल टीवी पर एग्जिट पोल देखा। हरियाणा और जम्मू-कश्मीर में भाजपा की डबल इंजन सरकारें खत्म हो रही हैं। पहला इंजन जून में फेल हुआ था, जब उन्हें 240 सीटें मिलीं। झारखंड और महाराष्ट्र में भी यही होगा। तब दूसरा इंजन भी फेल हो जाएगा।

डबल इंजन सरकार का मतलब महंगाई, बेरोजगारी और भ्रष्टाचार है। दिल्ली में चुनाव आने वाले हैं। दिल्ली में आकर ये (भाजपा) कहेंगे कि डबल इंजन सरकार बना लो। आप तब पूछना कि 10 साल हरियाणा में डबल इंजन सरकार रही। उन्होंने ऐसा क्या किया है कि लोग उनके नेताओं को अपने गांवों में नहीं जाने दे रहे हैं।'

केजरीवाल ने कहा, 'यूपी में पिछले 7 साल से डबल इंजन की सरकार है। लोकसभा चुनाव में उनकी सीटें आधी हो गईं। मणिपुर में भी 7 साल से डबल इंजन की सरकार है। मणिपुर दो साल से जल रहा है।'

केजरीवाल ने कहा कि भाजपा गरीब विरोधी है। उन्होंने दिल्ली में बस मार्शलों, डेटा एंट्री ऑपरेटरों को हटा दिया। होम गार्डों का वेतन रोक दिया। दिल्ली में लोकतंत्र नहीं है, LG राज है। हम दिल्ली को LG राज से मुक्त कराएंगे और पूर्ण राज्य का दर्जा दिलाएंगे।

पूर्व सीएम ने कहा कि आम आदमी पार्टी (AAP) ने दिल्ली को 6 रेवड़ियां दीं- बिजली, पानी, महिलाओं के लिए बस यात्रा, बुजुर्गों को तीर्थयात्रा, स्वास्थ्य और शिक्षा। भाजपा सत्ता में आई तो सब छीन लेगी।

केजरीवाल ने केंद्र पर जेल में इंसुलिन सप्लाई रोकने का आरोप लगाया। उन्होंने कहा कि मेरी इंसुलिन सप्लाई रोक दी गई। मेरी किडनी फेल हो सकती थी। मेरी मौत हो सकती थी।
