The link sent in this email takes you directly to a Google Form. This form often looks like a copy of a company, bank or official portal. The most dangerous thing is that fraudsters can create these forms again and again with new links. This makes the security software fail to catch them.

How to avoid Google Form scam?

Never enter passwords or payment details on any Google Form.

Do not trust unusual or sudden mails, especially when they ask you to take immediate action.

If the mail claims to be from a bank or office, then contact that institution directly and confirm.

Pay attention to the message “Never submit passwords” or “Content is neither created nor endorsed by Google” written at the bottom of the Google Form.

Every Google Form has a Report button. If it seems suspicious, report it immediately.

ED Summons To Google-Meta: The troubles of Google and Meta, the well-known companies of the tech sector, are going to increase. The Enforcement Directorate has sent a notice to Google and Meta in the case of money laundering related to betting applications. The Economic Times has quoted its sources as saying that the ED has asked the representatives of both the companies to appear at its headquarters in Delhi on July 21.

According to officials, online betting platforms were being operated through While Lab Apps and its admin rights were shared on the basis of profits.

देशभर के करोड़ों मोबाइल यूज़र्स के लिए एक बुरी खबर सामने आ रही है. टेलीकॉम कंपनियां एक बार फिर अपने रिचार्ज प्लान्स को महंगा करने की तैयारी में हैं. इकोनॉमिक टाइम्स की एक रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, लगातार पांचवें महीने नेट यूज़र्स की संख्या में बढ़ोतरी के बाद कंपनियां टैरिफ बढ़ाने की योजना बना रही हैं. संभावना है कि साल के अंत तक मोबाइल रिचार्ज दरों में 10 से 12 प्रतिशत तक की वृद्धि हो सकती है.

गौरतलब है कि इससे पहले जुलाई 2024 में टेलीकॉम कंपनियों ने बेसिक प्लान्स में 11 से 23 प्रतिशत तक की बढ़ोतरी की थी. एक्सपर्ट्स का मानना है कि इस बार कंपनियां टियर बेस्ड प्लान्स ला सकती हैं, जिसमें डेटा लिमिट कम कर दी जाएगी ताकि यूज़र्स अतिरिक्त डेटा पैक खरीदने को मजबूर हों.

मई 2025 में मोबाइल एक्टिव यूज़र्स की संख्या 29 महीनों के उच्चतम स्तर पर पहुंच गई जो लगभग 1.08 अरब रही. इस दौरान रिलायंस जियो ने सबसे बड़ा फायदा उठाया और 5.5 मिलियन नए एक्टिव यूज़र्स जोड़कर अपनी बाजार हिस्सेदारी को 150 बेसिस पॉइंट बढ़ाकर 53% तक पहुंचा दिया. वहीं भारती एयरटेल ने 1.3 मिलियन नए एक्टिव यूज़र्स जोड़े.

अब मोबाइल प्लान्स की कीमतों को 5G सेवाओं के हिसाब से समायोजित किया जाएगा. ब्रोकरेज फर्म जेफरीज के अनुसार, जियो और एयरटेल की तेज़ ग्रोथ, और वोडाफोन आइडिया के यूज़र लॉस के चलते कंपनियों के पास टैरिफ बढ़ाने का उचित माहौल बन चुका है. आने वाले टैरिफ बदलाव डेटा खपत, इंटरनेट स्पीड और उपयोग के समय के आधार पर तय किए जा सकते हैं. विशेषज्ञों का यह भी मानना है कि कंपनियां प्रीमियम और मिड-टियर ग्राहकों को खास तौर पर टारगेट करेंगी ताकि आम यूज़र्स पर इसका सीधा असर कम हो.

दूरसंचार विभाग (DoT) ने मंगलवार को मसौदा संशोधनों का अनावरण किया, जो एक मोबाइल नंबर सत्यापन (MNV) प्लेटफ़ॉर्म स्थापित करेगा, जो यह जाँच करेगा कि उपयोगकर्ताओं द्वारा प्रदान किए गए फ़ोन नंबर वास्तव में उनके हैं या नहीं - यह एक ऐसा कदम है जो खाद्य वितरण ऐप से लेकर डिजिटल भुगतान सेवाओं तक सब कुछ उपयोग करने वाले लाखों भारतीयों को प्रभावित कर सकता है।

भारत में 1.16 बिलियन से अधिक मोबाइल कनेक्शन हैं और यह डिजिटल भुगतान के लिए दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा बाज़ार है, जो इसे मोबाइल-आधारित धोखाधड़ी योजनाओं का एक प्रमुख लक्ष्य बनाता है।

प्रस्तावित नियम सरकार द्वारा टेलीकम्यूनिकेशन आइडेंटिफ़ायर यूज़र एंटिटीज़ (TIUE) कहे जाने वाले लोगों को लक्षित करते हैं - अनिवार्य रूप से कोई भी व्यवसाय जो लाइसेंस प्राप्त टेलीकॉम ऑपरेटरों से परे ग्राहकों की पहचान करने या सेवाएँ देने के लिए मोबाइल नंबरों का उपयोग करता है।

अधिसूचना में कहा गया है, "लाइसेंसधारी या अधिकृत इकाई के अलावा कोई व्यक्ति, जो अपने ग्राहकों या उपयोगकर्ताओं की पहचान करने या सेवाओं के प्रावधान और वितरण के लिए दूरसंचार पहचानकर्ताओं का उपयोग करता है।"

हालांकि अधिसूचना में TIUE के उदाहरण निर्दिष्ट नहीं किए गए हैं, लेकिन DoT के एक अधिकारी ने HT को बताया कि TIUE में OTT प्लेटफ़ॉर्म, बैंक और अन्य डिजिटल सेवाएँ शामिल हैं। “यदि सेवाएँ मोबाइल नंबर या किसी अन्य दूरसंचार पहचानकर्ता का उपयोग कर रही हैं, तो वे TIUE के अंतर्गत आएंगी।

जबकि कंपनियाँ स्वेच्छा से मोबाइल नंबर सत्यापन का अनुरोध कर सकती हैं, नियम इसे “केंद्र या राज्य सरकार या केंद्र या राज्य सरकार द्वारा अधिकृत एजेंसी के निर्देश पर” अनिवार्य बनाते हैं।
