पीएम मोदी ने उधमपुर-श्रीनगर-बारामूला रेल लिंक परियोजना पर बनी एक एग्जीबिशन भी देखी। इस दौरान उनके साथ सीएम उमर अब्दुल्ला, रेल मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव और पीएमओ में राज्य मंत्री जितेंद्र सिंह भी मौजूद थे। इसके साथ ही पीएम ने परियोजना से जुड़े लोगों से भी बातचीत की। 

नॉर्दर्न रेलवे 7 जून से कटरा-श्रीनगर रूट पर वंदे भारत ट्रेन सर्विस शुरू कर देगी। IRCTC की वेबसाइट पर टिकट बुकिंग की जा सकेगी। हफ्ते में 6 दिन दो ट्रेनें कटरा और श्रीनगर के बीच चलेंगी।

नॉर्दर्न रेलवे ने बताया कि ट्रेन में दो ट्रैवल क्लास हैं। चेयरकार का किराया 715 रुपए और एक्जीक्यूटिव क्लास का किराया 1320 रुपए है। अभी ट्रेनें सिर्फ बनिहाल में रुकेंगी, अन्य स्टॉपेज पर फैसला बाद में होगा।

आजादी के 77 साल बाद भी कश्मीर बर्फबारी के सीजन में देश के दूसरे हिस्सों से कट जाता है। नेशनल हाईवे-44 बंद होने से घाटी जाने का बंद हो जाता है। इसके अलावा भी सड़क के रास्ते जम्मू से कश्मीर जाने में 8 से 10 घंटे का समय लग जाता था। ट्रेन शुरू होने से यह सफर करीब तीन घंटे में पूरा हो जाएगा।

इस बीच इसको लेकर अब सियासत भी शुरू हो गई है। कांग्रेस के राज्यसभा सांसद जयराम रमेश ने सवाल उठाते हुए कहा कि “प्रधानमंत्री शासन में निरंतरता को कभी स्वीकार नहीं करते क्योंकि वे हमेशा आत्म-प्रशंसा और आत्म-प्रचार की तलाश में रहते हैं। ब्रह्मोस मिसाइल भी शासन में निरंतरता का एक उदाहरण है।” उन्होंने आगे कहा कि “उदमपुर-श्रीनगर-बारामुल्ला रेलवे परियोजना को मार्च 1995 में मंजूरी दी गई थी जब पीवी नरसिम्हा राव प्रधानमंत्री थे। मार्च 2002 में, अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी ने इसे राष्ट्रीय परियोजना घोषित किया जब वे प्रधानमंत्री थे। चिनाब पुल के लिए सभी अनुबंध 2005 में दिए गए थे।

आज का दिन जम्मू-कश्मीर के लोगों और भारतीय रेलवे के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण दिन है, लेकिन निरंतरता में शासन को मान्यता दी जानी चाहिए। यह पिछले 30 वर्षों की सामूहिक उपलब्धि है। लगातार प्रधानमंत्रियों ने इन परियोजनाओं को वास्तविकता बनाने के लिए काम किया है”।

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने गुरुवार को कहा कि भारतीय सशस्त्र बलों के 'ऑपरेशन सिंदूर' के बाद दुनिया और देश के दुश्मनों को पता चल गया है कि सिंदूर बारूद में बदल जाता है तो क्या होता है। राजस्थान के बीकानेर के देशनोक में एक कार्यक्रम में प्रधानमंत्री ने हिंदी में कहा, "दुनिया भर ने देख लिया जब सिंदूर बारूद बन जाता है, तब नतीजा क्या होता है।

22 अप्रैल को पहलगाम हमले को याद करते हुए पीएम मोदी ने कहा कि आतंकवादियों ने देश की बहनों से उनका धर्म पूछकर उनके सिंदूर को नष्ट कर दिया। पीएम ने कहा कि जम्मू-कश्मीर के पहलगाम में आतंकवादियों पर गोलियां चलाई गईं, लेकिन गोलियां देश के सभी 140 करोड़ नागरिकों के दिलों में छलनी हो गईं। उन्होंने कहा कि कैसे हर नागरिक ने एकजुट होकर आतंकवादियों को मुंहतोड़ जवाब देने और उन्हें उनकी कल्पना से भी बड़ी सजा देने का संकल्प लिया। और आज पीएम मोदी ने कहा, "आपके आशीर्वाद से, देश की सेना के पराक्रम से, हम सबने उस संकल्प को पूरा किया है"।

सशस्त्र बलों को दी गई खुली छूट का नतीजा यह हुआ कि तीनों रक्षा बल, थल सेना, नौसेना और वायु सेना, इस तरह एक साथ आए कि पाकिस्तान को घुटने टेकने पर मजबूर होना पड़ा।

देशनोक में जनसभा में प्रधानमंत्री ने दहाड़ते हुए कहा कि ऑपरेशन सिंदूर के साथ भारत ने 22 अप्रैल के हमले का जवाब 22 मिनट में नौ बड़े आतंकी ठिकानों को नष्ट करके दिया।

एयर स्ट्राइक के बाद मैं चूरू आया और कहा, 'सौगंध मुझे इस मिट्टी की, मैं अपने देश को मिटने नहीं दूंगा, मैं अपने देश को झुकने नहीं दूंगा।' आज राजस्थान की धरती से मैं देशवासियों से कहना चाहता हूं, 'जो सिंदूर पोंछने चले थे, वे धूल में मिल गए'," पीएम मोदी ने कहा।

उन्होंने कहा कि देश का खून बहाने वालों ने आज एक-एक बूंद का हिसाब लिया है। पीएम मोदी ने कहा, "जिन्होंने सोचा था कि भारत चुप रहेगा, वे आज अपने घरों में छिपे हैं। जिन लोगों को अपने हथियारों पर गर्व था, वे आज मलबे के ढेर में दबे हुए हैं।" उन्होंने ऑपरेशन सिंदूर को न्याय का नया रूप बताया और कहा कि यह कोई खोज और बदला लेने का खेल नहीं है।

पीएम ने कहा, "यह सिर्फ गुस्सा नहीं है, यह सक्षम भारत का प्रचंड रूप है, यह भारत का नया रूप है।" ऑपरेशन सिंदूर 7 मई को भारतीय सशस्त्र बलों ने 'ऑपरेशन सिंदूर' के तहत पाकिस्तान और पाकिस्तान के कब्जे वाले कश्मीर (पीओके) में जैश-ए-मोहम्मद, हिजबुल मुजाहिदीन और लश्कर-ए-तैयबा जैसे संगठनों से जुड़े नौ आतंकी ढांचों पर लक्षित हमले किए।

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने मंगलवार को पंजाब के आदमपुर एयरफोर्स स्टेशन पर कर्मियों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि जब भारतीय सेना दुश्मन को मुंहतोड़ जवाब देती है, जिसमें परमाणु बम भी शामिल है, तो ‘भारत माता की जय’ का नारा गूंजता है।

पीएम मोदी ने आदमपुर एयरबेस पर कहा, “जब हमारी सेना परमाणु बम के झांसे को नाकाम कर देती है, तो हमारे दुश्मन ‘भारत माता की जय’ के महत्व को समझते हैं।”

उन्होंने आगे कहा, “भारत माता की जय - यह नारा हर उस भारतीय की आवाज है जो देश के लिए कुछ करना चाहता है। यह पूरे देश में गूंजता है, साथ ही युद्ध के दौरान भी।”

इससे पहले दिन में पीएम मोदी ने आदमपुर एयरबेस का दौरा किया और भारतीय वायुसेना के कर्मियों से बातचीत की, जिन्होंने हाल ही में पाकिस्तान के साथ संघर्ष में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई थी।

22 अप्रैल को जम्मू-कश्मीर के पहलगाम में हुए आतंकी हमले के जवाब में शुरू किए गए ऑपरेशन सिंदूर पर चर्चा करते हुए प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने कहा, "ऑपरेशन सिंदूर कोई आम सैन्य अभियान नहीं है। आतंकवाद के सरगनाओं को यह एहसास हो गया है कि भारत की ओर देखने का एक ही नतीजा है- विनाश। निर्दोष लोगों का खून बहाने का एक ही नतीजा है- तबाही और व्यापक विनाश। पाकिस्तानी सेना, जिसके भीतर आतंकवादी छिपे हुए थे, को भारतीय सेना ने झुका दिया।" उन्होंने आगे कहा, "आज मैं वायुसेना, नौसेना और थल सेना के सभी वीर जवानों को सलाम करता हूं। आपके पराक्रम की वजह से ही आज ऑपरेशन सिंदूर की गूंज हर कोने में सुनाई दे रही है। इस पूरे ऑपरेशन के दौरान हर भारतीय आपके साथ खड़ा था। हर भारतीय की दुआएं आपके साथ थीं। आज देश का हर नागरिक हमारे जवानों और उनके परिवारों का कृतज्ञ है।" मोदी ने इस बात पर भी प्रकाश डाला कि संघर्ष के दौरान पाकिस्तान के ड्रोन, विमान और मिसाइलें भारत की वायु रक्षा के सामने किस तरह बेअसर रहीं। उन्होंने कहा, "पाकिस्तान के ड्रोन, उनके यूएवी, विमान और मिसाइलें - ये सभी हमारी सक्षम वायु रक्षा के सामने विफल हो गए। मैं देश के सभी वायु ठिकानों के नेतृत्व और भारतीय वायु सेना के हर वायु योद्धा की दिल से सराहना करता हूं। आपने वाकई शानदार काम किया है।"

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की आदमपुर वायु सेना स्टेशन की यात्रा पाकिस्तान के इस दावे का कड़ा खंडन थी कि उसने ऑपरेशन सिंदूर के बाद के संघर्ष के दौरान बेस पर हमला किया था और एस-400 वायु रक्षा प्रणाली को "नष्ट" कर दिया था।

यात्रा से पीएम मोदी द्वारा साझा की गई तस्वीरों में से एक सबसे अलग थी - जिसमें उन्हें पृष्ठभूमि में दिखाई देने वाली दुर्लभ एस-400 वायु रक्षा प्रणाली के साथ सलामी देते हुए दिखाया गया था।

इससे पहले, 10 मई को, विंग कमांडर व्योमिका सिंह ने भारत के एस-400 मिसाइल बेस को नष्ट करने के पाकिस्तान के दावे को "पूरी तरह से झूठा" बताया था। उन्होंने बताया कि पाकिस्तान ने गलत सूचना फैलाने के कई प्रयास किए हैं, जिसमें ब्रह्मोस मिसाइल की स्थापना को नष्ट करने के दावे भी शामिल हैं।

एक वरिष्ठ भारतीय सैन्य अधिकारी ने भी उन रिपोर्टों को झूठा करार दिया कि पाकिस्तान के जेएफ-17 जेट विमानों ने आदमपुर में एस-400 प्रणाली को नष्ट करने के लिए हाइपरसोनिक मिसाइलें दागी थीं। भारतीय वायु सेना के प्रवक्ता ने पाकिस्तान के सरकारी पीटीवी द्वारा किए गए और चीन के ग्लोबल टाइम्स और सिन्हुआ द्वारा दोहराए गए दावों को निराधार बताया।

भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच शनिवार को सीजफायर हुआ था। इसके बाद पिछले तीन दिन से तीनों सेनाओं के DGMO प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस कर रहे थे। आज PM ऑपरेशन सिंदूर और उसके बाद के हालात पर जानकारी दे सकते हैं।

सशस्त्र बलों ने सोमवार को भारत के चल रहे ऑपरेशन सिंदूर पर एक और व्यापक प्रेस ब्रीफिंग की और दोहराया कि भारत की लड़ाई हमेशा पाकिस्तान में आतंकवादियों और आतंकवादियों के बुनियादी ढांचे के खिलाफ थी और रहेगी, न कि देश की सेना के खिलाफ। सेना ने नागरिकों को यह भी बताया कि भारत के सभी सैन्य अड्डे सुरक्षित हैं, पूरी तरह से चालू हैं और देश के खिलाफ किसी भी खतरे का सामना करने के लिए तैयार हैं।

इससे पहले रविवार को, DGMO ने यह भी खुलासा किया कि 7 से 10 मई के बीच नियंत्रण रेखा पर तोपखाने और छोटे हथियारों की गोलीबारी में लगभग 35 से 40 पाकिस्तानी सेना के जवान मारे गए।

लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल राजीव घई (सैन्य संचालन महानिदेशक), वाइस एडमिरल ए एन प्रमोद (नौसेना संचालन महानिदेशक), और एयर मार्शल ए के भारती (वायु संचालन महानिदेशक) ने संयुक्त रूप से "ऑपरेशन सिंदूर" के परिणामों की घोषणा की।

उन्होंने यह भी पुष्टि की कि भारतीय हमलों ने पाकिस्तान के अंदर 11 हवाई ठिकानों को नष्ट कर दिया और उनकी सैन्य क्षमताओं को काफी नुकसान पहुंचाया।

इस बीच, पाकिस्तान के साथ डीजीएमओ स्तर की वार्ता, जो पहले दोपहर के लिए निर्धारित थी, अब शाम को होगी, पीटीआई ने बताया। शनिवार को भारत और पाकिस्तान द्वारा भूमि, वायु और समुद्र में सभी शत्रुता को समाप्त करने पर सहमति जताए जाने के कुछ घंटों बाद, पाकिस्तान ने कई बार संघर्ष विराम का उल्लंघन किया। शनिवार रात को जम्मू-कश्मीर के कई इलाकों में ड्रोन देखे गए, जिसके बाद विस्फोटों की आवाजें सुनाई दीं। संघर्ष विराम उल्लंघन पर प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त करते हुए, भारतीय विदेश सचिव विक्रम मिस्री ने पाकिस्तान से स्थिति को "गंभीरता" और "जिम्मेदारी" के साथ निपटने के लिए कहा। 

 शीर्ष अपडेट भारत ने रविवार को कहा कि ऑपरेशन सिंदूर जारी है, जो सीमा पार आतंकवाद के प्रति भारत की प्रतिक्रिया में एक नए दृष्टिकोण को दर्शाता है। पाकिस्तान के साथ कोई भी वार्ता केवल डीजीएमओएस के माध्यम से होगी, चर्चा के लिए कोई अन्य मुद्दा नहीं होगा। सैन्य संचालन महानिदेशक लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल राजीव घई ने कहा कि पाकिस्तान के साथ डीजीएमओ स्तर की वार्ता सोमवार को दोपहर 12 बजे होगी। भारत ने ऑपरेशन सिंदूर में मारे गए लश्कर-ए-तैयबा के आतंकवादी अब्दुल रऊफ के अंतिम संस्कार में मौजूद पाकिस्तानी अधिकारियों के नाम भी जारी किए।

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने रविवार को नई दिल्ली में अपने आवास पर रक्षा मंत्री राजनाथ सिंह, विदेश मंत्री एस जयशंकर और तीनों सेनाओं के प्रमुखों के साथ एक उच्च स्तरीय बैठक की अध्यक्षता की। बैठक में भाग लेने के बाद, राजनाथ सिंह ने लखनऊ में ब्रह्मोस एयरोस्पेस इंटीग्रेशन एंड टेस्टिंग फैसिलिटी का वर्चुअल उद्घाटन किया। पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री शहबाज शरीफ ने जल संसाधनों के बंटवारे और भारत और पाकिस्तान के बीच कश्मीर मुद्दे जैसे लंबे समय से चले आ रहे मुद्दों को हल करने के लिए "शांतिपूर्ण बातचीत का रास्ता" अपनाने की वकालत की।
